Real Housewives of New York City star Ramona Singer has announced she's splitting up with Mario for good, she revealed on her official Facebook page Thursday. "I have decided to move on with my life without Mario," she wrote. "I tried my best to make my marriage work. I am excited for the new chapter in my life."
Singer, 57, initially filed for divorce in January after the reality star discovered her husband of 22 years trysting with his girlfriend at their Hamptons home. A tabloid report indicates Singer discovered her husband with the girlfriend again just last week.
The split comes four months after the couple seemingly reconciled. In April, she told PEOPLE they "feel very positive about their future together." She also Tweeted a happy photo of the duo, which she captioned "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger."
However, trouble seemed evident this week when Singer got into a testy exchange with Andy Cohen, who was hosting The Real Housewives of New York City reunion specials.
"Everyone in my family is doing well," Singer said sharply, declining to comment further because of her daughter. "Mario and I are together ... Let's go to someone else. Thanks, Andy."
Earlier this week, In Touch Weekly released photos of Mario dining out with his mistress, Kasey Dexter allegedly on Aug. 2 in New York City months after he reportedly claimed the two were over.
The couple, who have been married for 25 years, have one daughter, Avery, who is enrolled in college.
