Pettifleur Berenger is currently busy filming the second season of The Real Housewives Of Melbourne, but Berenger isn't letting reality television slow down her career, the property developer has listed a set of seven luxurious apartments for sale in Melbourne's Malvern East for $6 million.
Manuela Pless-Bennett and Greg Herman of Sotheby's International Realty are suggesting an estimated 4% plus rental return for any investor or self-managed superannuation fund buyer. Side note, Manuela Pless-Bennett is rumored to appear on the new season of The Real Housewives of Melbourne as a "friend of the housewives."
