The presiding judge dismissed Simon’s motion for change of circumstance in custody regarding their youngest children, Spencer and Sophia, claiming a lack of evidence.
Simon called for the change in court order claiming parental neglect, in relation to a number of issues with Tamra’s handling of issues, including hygiene, nutrition, and injuries.
But the status of custody regarding their oldest child, Sidney, 15, remains up in the air pending a hearing set for December.
During a break in the proceedings, Tamra told Radar Online exclusively, “Its a joke,” and that her ex-husband is “just lying to see what sticks on the wall.”
