"Hi, I'm Lisa Vanderpump, and welcome to my video blog.
Well it's nice to see Kristen having such a good time. Clearly she's not concerned about what's gone down or her job for that matter.
Now Kristen doesn't only find herself immersed in the middle of Tom and Ariana's relationship, she also finds herself right in the middle of Tom and Katie's--just where she wants to be. Maybe she should focus on herself for a change.
I don't know that I totally believe that a guy is drunk in Vegas and just stopping at only making out, but I don't know. I wasn't there.
If I could forgive Kristen for creating this whole scenario, bringing this girl into my restaurant, that would be one thing, but I still couldn't forgive her for being so disrespectful to management and telling Diana to f--- off.
How about just saying you're sorry? Let's start with that.
Kristen, you used bad judgment, you did not show one iota of remorse, not an ounce of it, and for that, I'm sorry. It just doesn't work for me anymore.
You know what, Kristen? You can pretend I don't know you if that's a way for you to avoid taking any responsibility for your actions.
Well, let me say this: If Kristen ever wants to work at another restaurant and they phone me for an honest opinion, I will say at times she has been a good waitress.
Thank you for watching my video blog. I'm Lisa Vanderpump, and I'll see you soon."
