According to a new report, Real Housewives of Cheshire star Dawn Ward has put her beautiful 11-bedroom Warford Hall mansion on the market for a whopping £14.5million ($22,392,205.00 in US Dollar).
Ward first tried to sell her home for £12million ($18,517,200.00 in US Dollar) eighteen months ago, but has hired the price by adding £2.5million ($3,858,887.50 in US Dollar) since appearing on the ITVBe reality show, reports the Daily Star.
“When it first went on the market it was the most expensive home in Alderley Edge, a source tells the Daily Star. “But thanks to the TV exposure Dawn has upped the price and it is now the most expensive house in Cheshire."
The mansion has ten bathrooms, seven reception rooms, a cinema, games room and its own sauna.
It also boasts a hot tub, gym, swimming pool, snooker room and a six-car garage.
Dawn’s busy interior design company has its offi ces in outbuildings on the estate.
They also contain two therapy rooms, an aerobics suite and a three-bedroom fl at for staff. The house and other buildings are set in 12 acres of land.
The source adds “Dawn has had the asking price taken down from the estate agent’s listing but she is now looking for £14.5million.”
“It is a beautiful home though. She tried to sell to the Rooneys a while back. “It’s been on the market for 18 months now and there has been some interest.”
“Dawn is hoping that showing it off on the show will mean someone very wealthy will take a look at it and buy it.”
