"Tamra needs the money," the source tells Radar Online. "She isn't raking in the big bucks with her gym and she hasn't really branded herself as well as some of the other women on the show."
Judge joined The Real Housewives of Orange County in 2007 for season three and after her 25 percent raise, she pulled in a whopping $750,000 for season 10.
"She's making more than everyone except Vicki [Gunvalson]. She's the second highest paid on the RHOC franchise," adds the source.
