According to a new report, Real Housewives of Atlanta's Apollo Nida has been transferred to FCI Fort Dix correctional facility in New Jersey, the same prison that Joe Giudice from The Real Housewives of New Jersey will be serving in 2016.
According to Radar Online, the Federal Bureau of Prisons confirmed that the 37-year-old estranged husband of Phaedra Parks is currently behind bars at the low-security institution for male inmates.
“He transferred about two weeks ago,” an insider tells Radar.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Joe Giudice, recently revealed on his family’s reality special that he will be serving his 41-month sentence on fraud charges at Fort Dix. The 43 year old father-of-four is expected to begin his sentence in March 2016.
Apollo Nida turned himself in to Kentucky’s FMC Lexington a day late in September 2014, he was sentenced to eight years behind bars last year after pleading guilty to bank fraud and identity theft.
Nida, recently had some words of advice for Joe. “Stay humble and don’t act better than anyone; just observe your surroundings,” he told In Touch.
