After announcing her split from her ex-husband David Foster, Yolanda Foster is ready for new beginnings. According to Curbed, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has purchased a place in the Westwood complex.
The site further reports that the home is 3,950 square feet, the condo boasts three bedrooms, a "high-end kitchen," and "a direct entrance from the private elevator foyer." It also includes a whole guest suite on the second floor. The pad reportedly sold for $4.59 million at the beginning of the month.
And it looks like Yolanda is prepping for the big change. Earlier this week she posted a photo of herself on top of boxes filled with clothes. "If you have not worn it in the past year, it's probably time to PASS IT ON........ #NoteToSelf #LettingGoOfTheOld #BackToLifeBackToReality 2016," she wrote on Instagram.
Inside Foster's new condo, features amenities such as a pool, a private elevator, high ceilings, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and automated window shades that are UV-ray resistant.
Foster's new digs include sweeping views of Wilshire and a gorgeous walk-in closet. The apartment also features a stunning dining space that can easily accommodate dinner-party guests. The condo also has a balcony that overlooks L.A.
