Teresa Giudice has been out of prison for less than a month, and she nearly faced another legal incident. According to a new report, The Real Housewives of New Jersey star was pulled over on Thursday night after attending an evening event. Read full details below!
According to Radar Online, Guidice was heading home after attending her sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga‘s boutique opening on January 14, when the Uber car she was driving in was pulled over. Initial reports claimed she had nearly violated her probation by staying out past curfew, but a source close to Giudice insisted she was fine.
According to a source, “This entire event is a non-event. Teresa was in no danger of being late. Even if she was, all Teresa has to do is call her probation officer, and explain why she was running late.”
The source insisted, “The entire time Teresa has been out on house arrest she hasn’t come even close to missing her 10 pm curfew. She would have been in trouble if she was late and hadn’t called, but she is in constant communication with her probation officer.”
The mother-of-four made her post-prison red carpet debut in Montclair, New Jersey on Thursday, January 14,to support her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga's grand opening for her boutique, Envy.
The 43-year-old, who was joined by her daughter Gia for the appearance, told E! News that she’s “feeling great” since her release.
“I’m happy to be here to support my brother and my sister-in-law Melissa,” she told the outlet.
