According to a new report, Kim Richards was spotted at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Wednesday, February 3, despite reportedly being banned from the location following her April 2015 arrest. According to an eyewitness, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was seen chatting with her former co-star Brandi Glanville.
As previously reported, Richards was arrested at the famous hotel after allegedly getting into a drunken confrontation with security. In September, the Bravo star entered a no contest plea to one misdemeanor count of resisting arrest. According to TMZ, she was banned from the establishment and sentenced to three years summary probation, 30 days of community labor and 52 AA meetings.
Following her April arrest, Richards, who has battled substance abuse in the past, was reportedly caught shoplifting at a Los Angeles Target. Shortly after, she checked into a treatment facility.
Richards, who has been vocal about stress causing her to relapse, lost her ex-husband and best friend, Monty Brinson, on January 24. Brinson died at the age of 58 after battling cancer for years, reports Us Weekly.
“Kim’s doing OK, but really she’s sad,” a source tells Us Weekly. “Everyone is nervous this is going to push her over the edge. She has moments when she is super sad. She feels like she doesn’t have a support system, and Monty was always there for her, always had her back and was a rock to her.”
