Lizzie's response not only left us shocked, but everyone on Twitter as well.

When asked if she knew why, the former beauty queen simply answered "couldn't tell ya....I didn't drink that koolaid..."

This makes me sad because Lizzie always stood by Shannon's side and supported her during and after Season 9 and Season 10, oh well, her loss. Lizzie is one of the most kind and sweetest housewives RHOC has ever had, it such a shame they only brought her back only in a part-time role during Season 10. That season was so toxic and nasty, it would have been nice for Vicki to have someone to lean on.
