Over a week ago, Terrence Cook, was arrested and charged with making terrorists attacks for allegedly threatening to bomb Phaedra Parks' law firm. Now, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star is coming to his defense. Check out why below!
Last Thursday, Terence Cook walked into building where the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star/attorney’s law firm is located and allegedly said he was “tired of being treated wrongly” and that he had a bomb. After authorities responded to the scene and found no explosive, Cook was arrested and charged with making terroristic threats, for which he is currently being held without bail.
Now, Parks is speaking abut the incident and is defending the man. Parks tells TMZ (via Page Six) that the rapper, who also goes by the name Drama, is actually a good friend who she was expecting. She said that she feels that the person who called the police on the emcee – who was wearing a white shirt, baggy jeans and gold teeth – assumed the worst when they saw him.
TMZ reports that when Drama ended up on the wrong floor of the building security was called, at which point, according to his mother, he told the guard, “I have a bomb CD. It’s about to blow up.” When the guard asked for more details, Cook said, “I got that bomb-ass CD in the car.”
Cook’s mother told the website that he did not mean to threaten anyone and that his choice of words was just the way he speaks.
