Fans of Magali Gorré have launched a campaign to bring her back to The Real Housewives of Cheshire. After a lackluster third season, which featured barley no real story lines and pointless forced drama, fans of the series want some realsim back on the series.
Twitter fan page RHOCheshire News started the #BringBackMagali campaign and urged fans to contact ITV, production company Monkey Kingdom and producer Daran Little, reports Manchester Evening News.
The wife of former Dutch international footballer husband Dean Gorre announced that she was exiting from the ITVBe reality series after the second season, describing it as a “break” and adding that the door had been left open for her return.
While she won’t be returning for the fourth series, which is now filming, her fans are making it clear that they want her back in the future line-up.
One fan said: “This is great I would love Magali back on the show she was the best.”
And another said: “Yes I missed her this series!!”
Magali, who is married to former Dutch international footballer Dean Gorre, decided that she wanted to spend more time with her own family, following the passing of her father.
Since Magali's exit from the series, fans have witnessed pointless feuds on the show. One of them in particular was over makeover, YES a makeover which the feud went on and on throughtout the third series. If that doesn't sound ridiculous enough, another part of the third season's drama was based on a trip to Paris. #GurlBye
While the American and Australian installments of the Real Housewives have more real life storylines, like weddings, legal issues, breaks ups, divorces, and even health scares.
Many fans (myself included) felt like the third series seemed heavily produced and missed the organic drama that the first two season had, and most of it was due to Magali and Dawn Ward's feud.
I like RHOCheshire but I also see that the show needs a lot of improvement in order to be as big as a hit as RHOA, RHOBH and RHONY. In my opinion, it has NOTHING to due with the cast members, this is clearly a production and network situation, they clearly need to take a page from Matchbox Pictures (RHOMelbourne) and Ladies of London.
The fourth series of the Real Housewives of Cheshir is expected to air in September and will also see the return of beauty entrepreneur Ampika Pickston, WAGs Leanne Brown, Tanya Bardsley, Dawn Ward and newly single Lauren Simon, including newcomers model Missé Beqiri, Seema Malhotra, founder of fashion label Forever Unique and Stacey Forsey, the wife of Sports Direct chief executive David Forsey.
