Multiple tabloids have reported that Meghan King Edmonds' marriage to former NBL pro Jim Edmonds was on the rocks, however the Real Housewives of Orange County star decided to take matters into her hands and set the record straight.
The-mother-to-be took to her social media to shut down divorce rumors. "Our marriage is in jeopardy can't you tell?" she wrote on Instagram Saturday evening while smiling with her husband on vacation. "#Dontbelieveeverythingyouread #carryontabloids #canttouchthis #6monthspregnant."
When one fan commented with the message, "I thought you guys were already divorced? Jk. #hatersgonnahate #iamNOThermom," Meghan replied, "lolling!!!"
The message also comes just a couple of days after the Bravo star posted a meme of Kermit the Frog sipping the tea with the text: "Many people don't know, but you can read something you disagree with on the Internet and just move on with your life."
Rumors about their marriage stems from this season on RHOC - viewers have been able to witness Meghan's journey to pregnancy through IVF. And while some have questioned how excited Jim was at the news that his wife was expecting, Meghan assured fans that everyone in the family is and was thrilled.
"The whole getting pregnant part he was like, 'Oh, you know...like whatever. What's going on?' and [being a] total stereotypical guy,"Meghan told a caller on Watch What Happens Live. "But now that I am pregnant he's always talking about the baby, and 'How's the baby? Can you feel the baby?' And it's really sweet now that I'm actually pregnant. I think he just needed it to materialize a little bit more."
