Back in August it was reported that Cynthia Bailey and Peter Thomas sold their Atlanta home amid their ongoing separation and pending divorce for an estimated $699,000, Now the Real Housewives of Atlanta has a new place to call home.

According to TMZ, the 48-year-old former model who filed for divorce from husband Peter Thomas back in July, shelled out $960,000 for her new lakefront Georgia home.

The sale comes just weeks after Bailey and Thomas put their Atlanta home on the market for $699,000. Bailey’s new property, which is minutes from the city. according to Realtor.com, comes with six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a sun room, finished basement and an expansive deck.
