Despite dealing with online trolls during the first few episodes of  The Real Housewives of Auckland, model and stylist Angela Stone says she has no regrets and reveals that she would do it all over again.

There has been plenty of onscreen bickering among the housewives — including the now-infamous plus-sized model dig — but Stone still rates the experience.

“It’s been crazy, but amazing! Very full on and draining at times, but ultimately fun and an experience I would definitely do again.” Stone tells NZ Herald that she is pleased with how she has come across in the show so far.

“I am very much who you see on the show — I love my family, I love my business, I love fashion, I love nature and spirituality. That’s me!”

Stone has gotten critizied for the way she has come across, and some even questioned if her French PA, Lea is the real deal.

“Lea was great. She was my intern for six months, and worked so, so hard. She was really dedicated and very supportive of the business. We are still close friends now. She was my PA in real life! I now have another French PA, Leonor, who is just as lovely and hardworking.”

Despite having no regrets on the show, there is one scene Stone would reshoot if given the chance.

“The first scene, where I meet Gilda, Julia and Lou. Had I known that crafty editing was going to remove a lot of the questions I was asked about myself, making it look like I was talking about myself non-stop, I would have steered the conversation in a different direction. We live and we learn.”

She continued: “We were encouraged to say things that we would normally let go of in real life, to add to the drama.”

There have been some pretty nasty social media comments, but Stone is standing strong and appreciates her fans.

“The fans are amazing, I love them to bits. I think all the Housewives expected a few trolls, so that didn’t really come as a surprise.”

She added: “I have more important things to do than worry about their nastiness, so whether they continue their behavior or not doesn’t bother me. Onwards and upwards!”
