Cynthia Bailey On Her Friendship With NeNe Leakes: “I’m Really Glad She’s Back In My Life”

In the past few season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Cynthia Bailey's relationship with NeNe Leakes went from being besties to becoming enemies. However, time heals all wounds and during a recent interview, Bailey gave an update on her friendship with Leakes, revealing that their feud is over and their friendship is back on track.

 “I think she’s great and I’m really glad she’s back in my life,” Bailey told People Now. When asked if her husband Peter Thomas — from whom she’s currently negotiating a divorce — played a part in the friendship’s original dissolution, Bailey says, “I don’t know.”

“He just had very strong opinions,” she explains. “And it is what it is. It all played out.”

Bailey adds, “You know, I’m just really excited at this point that NeNe and I kind of found our way back to being friends because we weren’t friends for a couple years.”
