Lea Black Selling Her Hollywood Hills Home For $2.895 Million!

Former Real Housewives of Miami star Lea Black and her husband, attorney Roy Black, have put their home in Hollywood Hills West up for sale at $2.895 million. According to LA Times, the property was built in 1959 and since renovated, the Midcentury home has a polished look with vibrant marble floors, mirrored walls and contemporary fixtures.

Walls of floor-to-ceiling windows bring in views extending from downtown to Santa Catalina Island.




The 3,536 square feet of interior space includes an open common area with living and dining rooms, and a family room with a wet bar. On another floor, there’s a screening room with tiered seating and a snack bar.

The master suite, one of four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, has a spa-like bath lined in decorative tile. Terrace balconies extend from each level of the home, extending the living space outside.





The property last changed hands more than a decade ago for $1.76 million, records show. Steven Spreafico of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage holds the listing, reports the publication.
