Shereé Whitfield is facing a new lawsuit! According to court records obtained by Straight From The A, on January 3, Heritage Landscape Group of Flowery Branch filed a claim in Fulton County Magistrate Court against the Real Housewives of Atlanta star for $10,012.50 in alleged unpaid bills for landscaping work on Whitfield’s home and help getting her get a certificate of occupancy.
The documents further states that she paid less than half the bill, then said she didn’t have the money. Then she told Heritage she was not happy with the work, the claim said. The case is reportedly pending.
This isn't the first time a contractor is suing the reality star over Chateau Shereé. Back in 2015, another contractor sued her for $23,000 in unpaid bills.
She recently had to pay a $1,000 fine to Sandy Springs Municipal Court for not filing the proper permits for the housewarming party she threw for the Bravo cameras in November after complaints by neighbors.
