"I may be a country girl, but I got the city in the palm of my hand" - Robin Reichmond, RHOV Season 2 Tagline

I recently had the opportunity to interview Real Housewives of Vancouver star Robin Reichman! The Texan equestrian beauty talked to us exclusively about her upcoming projects, horse riding, music, her new business Pawtrition and of course about The Real Housewives of Vancouver! Read our Exclusive Interview with Robin R. Reichman below!

iRH: Hi Robin, I know you were born and raised in Texas, what is one of the things that you love about your home state?

Robin: I like that people are overly friendly, their patriotic and you can legally shoot people if they break into your house.

iRH: You, Ronnie and Mary have another thing in common besides being a RHOV, you all fell in love with a Canadian and moved to Vancouver. Was it hard to adjust living in a new country and being away from your family in the beginning?

Robin: It wasn't hard for me to adjust because I can pretty much adjust to any condition. The only thing I had difficulty with is how laid back and slow paced Vancouver is compared to Texas, but I now realize it was exactly what I needed because it saved my life.

iRH: It’s my understanding that you used to work at a prison before, can you tell us a bit about it?

Robin: It's not a place you would want to be. I witnessed some pretty bad situations inside that would put you in prison if you were not already there. I was young and appreciated the pay check and actually felt the rewards of putting smiles on some faces that truly didn't belong there. But hey let's face it, most of them did. The old saying goes like this, if you can't do the time think twice about the crime

iRH: I know you are a trained and passionate horse rider, how long have you been riding?

Robin: I've been riding since I was 3 years of age. I grew up barrel racing and western riding. My whole life, bare back, bare foot, half naked in the neighborhood as young as five, with all the freedom that one could possibly have. So horses and I have always connected. It's a part of me. It's in my blood.

iRH: What do you enjoy the most about riding horses and how many horses do you currently own?

Robin: What I enjoy most is the bond and true trust that I find lack in humans. I currently have 1 World Class German-Bred Show Jumper.

iRH: How where you approached to join RHOV?

Robin: The producer reached out to me because several people had mentioned my name.

iRH: Did you have any reservations on joining a reality show such as 'The Real Housewives'?

Robin: No, not really.

iRH: Were you a fan of “The Real Housewives” franchise before becoming part of it?

Robin: I was definitely a fan of the Real Housewives of Vancouver Season 1.

iRH: What do you think is the biggest misconception people have of you from watching the show?

Robin: I'm not really sure what people think of me after watching that show, I'm smarter than what they may think.

iRH: What have you been up to since we last saw you on RHOV?

Robin: First and foremost I've been focusing on my children, family always comes first. Second of all my new company, vitamin water for cats and dogs (Pawtrition) alongside my business partner Dr. Farrah Gray. Third of all, always continuing my training for equestrian Show Season 2014. And kicking my heels up here and there, you know like bending the rules, (I like to play).

iRH: Do you keep in touch with any of your former cast mates besides Mary?

Robin: Yes I do keep in touch with other cast mates. I have no ill will towards any of them, except for one. (joking)

iRH: What was your favorite and least favorite scene on RHOV?

Robin: My favorite scene was at Mary's birthday party when her number 1 song Hero’s Music video was being played. My least favorite was being a little tipsy on Ronnie's birthday and getting in a brawl with her. I'm too young to go to prison.

iRH: On the show we heard you sing and I must say you have a beautiful voice. Any future plans on recording a song or releasing a single?

Robin: First of all thank you for the compliment. No I have no plans on being a one hit wonder. But I would love to record and sing at events as I have always done before the show. Music as well as equestrian is a part of my soul.

iRH: Do you watch any of the other Real Housewives shows and if so, which ones are your favorites?

Robin: Yes I have watched a few of the other shows, RHOBH, RHOA, RHOC…. but when you have small children, it's hard to watch anything.

iRH: Can you tell us more about your new business Pawtrition?

Robin: Yes, I am launching vitamin water for cats and dogs called Pawtrition, meant for health purposes, meaning boosting the immune system, digestive purposes with dental care added. Like us humans, you are what you eat and drink.

iRH: Do you have any regrets on doing reality TV?  And what have you learned about yourself from doing reality TV?

Robin: I try to never have regrets. I learned and realized that my life is way more sane than what I gave it credit for after filming RHOV.

iRH: If Slice ever decides to do a third season, would you come back for another season if asked?

Robin: I truly don't know if I would or wouldn't, will just have to wait and see.

iRH: Do you have any future projects in the works that you can tell us?

Robin: I do, I am working on Pawtrition.

iRH: Anything you would like to say to your fans?

Robin: Yes I would like to thank those who have been so gracious, loyal, supportive and there for me. Total strangers that I have met because of the show have become true friends and i would like to give a big shout out and humbled dramatic heartfelt thank you, to those who accept me for who I am.
