The third season of Don't Be Tardy premiered this Thursday on Bravo. Kroy Bierman dishes on the premiere episode exclusively to Bravo about the birth of his twin babies and the emotional scare they faced during in the delivery room. Also, find out what Kroy thought about the infamous placenta smoothie tasted like. Check it out below!

Bravotv.com: What's the best part of your new home?
Kroy Biermann: I have to say probably the security system, my smart home system.

Bravotv.com: What was your first thought when you found out you were having twins?
Kroy: That was my guess, and I was excited. We knew were going to try for another baby, and I thought I had it down. I felt like I had this system down, I know what I’m doing. But then suddenly you hit me with twins and I don’t know what I’m doing now. How do you know how to handle twins? I didn’t know what to do at first!

Bravotv.com: How worried were you in the hospital when they said Baby A was down?
Kroy: I can internalize emotions pretty well. I was definitely a little nervous, but as Kim said, we went to the best of the best -- we had a very good team around us, and I had faith that they would figure it out. For whatever reason, I wasn’t too nervous. I knew something was going on, but I knew it was going to be alright. It worked out great.

Bravotv.com: How difficult was it to drink the placenta smoothie?
Kroy: It’s all mental. It was fruity and it had that three-minute delayed after taste. It wasn’t bad… It was kind of like a corona, minus the lime.

Bravotv.com: Who's the best mac and cheese/chicken nugget chef in the house?
Kroy: Kim makes really good mac and cheese. I generally don’t cook it long enough, so it’s not quite as good as when she makes it. But the chicken nuggets are easy.
