Carolyna Hutchings Maintains She Never Lied About Her Age!

Carolyna Hutchings maintains that she is 35 years old by sharing proof of her age after social media users accused the Real Housewives of Lagos star of falsifying her age.

According to the Instagram, Prime Blog Nigeria, the actress turned reality star shared a document via her Instagram Story where she proves that she is 35 years old.

Hutchings shared a document when she used to attend the Federal Government Girls’ College where it shows that she was born in 1987, proving that she is 35 years old.

“Never liked a boarding school but I miss being a baby .. adulthood na scam,” she captioned the post via her Instagram Story. “My mum sending me my results since primary school and school fees receipt,” she wrote while adding several laughing smiley emojis. She added, “am I too pay back ??”

As previously reported, Carolyna shared a photo last month where she is celebrating her 35th birthday but she then came under fire from fans of the show who accused her of lying about her age.

A few days later, the Nollywood actress addressed the allegations in a now-deleted lenthy Instagram post. Carolyna wrote, Trilogy. This is my mum who is in her 50’s, so how in God’s name will I be 46 ? Am I reducing my age because I need a job in a company? I am the CEO of mine.”

“Reducing my age for Nollywood? An actor can act in both young and old roles. Makeup can be applied. I am reducing my age because of school? I have enough certificates already,” she wrote. “Reducing my age because of a relationship? A good man will love his woman regardless of her age. Reduce my age for your validation? I don’t give two F’s about you, sugar.”

“Not everyone in a class is the same age. In secondary school, I had people 5 years older than me in my class. In university, my assistant class rep was 45 years old. In my master’s, my class rep was 23 and I 34. In my MBA, I had both young and old,” she continued. “Just because you acted a movie with me does NOT mean we are the same age. You are asking for my birth certificate, Have you seen your own mother and father’s birth certificate before?”

“That it took you time to achieve something in your life does not mean I have to run your race. We have different glory and destiny. That you started school late and failed the entrance exam a couple of times is none of my business. We don’t have the same IQ.”

According to The Guardian, the Showmax reality star went on to address people who used her Nollywood career as a basis for their accusations.

“Stupid people saying they watched me as a kid. I was in the industry for only two years before my marriage. Bomboclat can’t stand my glory.”

“Are you aware Wikipedia can be created and edited by ANYONE? And not everything on Google is a FACT? Even Christ was married on Google. To the clowns talking unintelligently about my age, mind the business that pays you.”

“Any age, race, or class can act a movie. Any one can be a star at any age; no rules to follow. Yes, I am 35 years old and this will be the last time I will address this,” she concluded. “I don’t need to be an old woman to achieve anything or be an actress. Success and luck come to anyone when it is their time. Focus on making money.”

Roxy Earle is embracing her postpartum body. The former Real Housewives of Toronto star shared a series of photos as she shared her new wellness journey with her followers -- six months after welcoming her first child.

"This morning's unloading of thoughts from my stories. A never-ending journey to self-love for anyone who needs to feel less alone in their feelings," she captioned the post.

"Six months later and Myron left me with a cute bump," she wrote in the first photo, where she showed off her postpartum bump. "Working my a— off to strengthen my core, eating with purpose and working sweating so I feel strong. I have weight I want to lose so I can tone and build muscle but most importantly I want the strongest healthiest heart of all."

"When your body feels good, your mind feels good," she wrote. "For me right now that means bringing my weight down and working on my cardiovascular health. So time to move for me. Anyways sharing my real thoughts as otherwise I'd be just another social media girl who was full of BS."

"This was a year or so ago — right before I got pregnant," she captioned the second photo that was taken last year where she is seen wearing a pair of red leggings and a matching sports bra, according to Yahoo News. "I was in amazing shape and never felt better since my 20s."

"I was training a few times a week and this was incredible. I was lucky to work with a trainer and want to do that again. I'm moving so I need to find a new place in my next area, but I want to get back to that!" Earle continued.

"Lots and lots of walking, tons of water, and eating sensibly with a calm and happy mind but not in a restricted way — prioritizing greens, vegetables, and proteins with good, healthy carbs," she added.

In the third photo, the former reality star explained that even when she wasn't feeling her "best" she still showed up as her best self. Earle shared a photo of herself wearing a red dress that she designed as part of her previous clothing collection.

"Even when I didn't feel my best, I always showed up as my best me," she shared. "I designed this dress for a wedding, as nothing fit me that I liked in stores at the time," she wrote. "You don't have to hate yourself while working toward goals. Love yourself and never hide yourself along the way."

In the following photo, she is posing for one of her designs. She captioned the post, "Designed this as well as I have never felt fashion included me. So I had to make it. What I love about this pic is that I still dressed up, took pics and shared myself."

In the following photo, she is wearing a blue workout set while holding her son in a mirror selfie.

"And here I am today. Carrying the weight of my pregnancy and the loss of muscle that came with that, but working toward my goals with love and acceptance of my postpartum body," she wrote.

In the last post, she shared a clip of her new business venture which is a free mobile APP called The Anna App where women can find the tools to better themselves. "And all of it inspired an entire app filled with everything I've learned along my journey to help others love themselves and their bodies."

Meghan King is opening up about her short-lived marriage to Cuffe Biden Owens. The former Real Housewives of Orange County star calls the now-annulled marriage a “mistake.”

“We rushed into it,” King said during a recent appearance on Caroline Standbury’s “Divorced Not Dead” podcast, according to Page Six. “Like I said earlier, I’m a lover and I want everybody to be happy. I learned some big lessons from that mistake. I’m sure he did as well.”

King said that she was “confused” by it and shared that she was glad it was “short and sweet and it’s done and it’s annulled.”

She then confessed that she “didn’t ever want to get married again, but it was important to him.”

During the interview, King also shared an update on her relationship with her ex-husband, Jim Edmonds. The former Bravo reality star revealed that they have a “horrible” relationship.

“We have [a worse] relationship than we did when we split up,” she explained. “It’s horrible. It’s so detrimental for the kids [and] for us as individuals.”

She added that she only communicates with Edmonds via the court-monitored app My Family Wizard. “It makes me feel safer because it makes me feel like the verbal abuse will be toned down a little bit more,” King said, according to Us Weekly. “Unfortunately — and shockingly — that’s not always the case, but it does give me a little bit more solace knowing that I have eyes that can be on it.”

Edmonds filed for divorce from King in October 2019, after five years of marriage. Meghan married Owens in October 2021 but split two months later. Edmonds, for his part, made his relationship with O’Connor Instagram official in April 2020.

Meghan and Jim share three children; a 5-year-old daughter Aspen and twin sons, Hart and Hayes.

Local news outlet WFCN News reports that Benton Mayor Fred Kondritz and many fans greeted the Real Housewives of New York City stars on the tarmac of Benton Municipal Airport.

The two Bravo reality stars were photographed deboarding their plane and stepping onto a miniature red carpet while cameras filmed their arrival.

They will be filming in the area “over several weeks,” according to a previous WFCN News report.

According to Page Six, Benton is located in Franklin County and has a population of nearly 7,000 people, per a 2020 census.

It was reported back in June 2021 via Page Six that de Lesseps and Morgan had signed a deal to star in their own reality show.

Luann and Sonja will live together and socialize with locals, as Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie previously did in their reality series, “The Simple Life.”

“Luann and Sonja of course will be their fabulous selves, and each episode will have them interacting with the locals,” a source close to production told the outlet at that time. “[Executives] have been holding the locations even from the gals until the last minute.”

The unnamed show will have around 10 episodes, and fans can expect familiar faces to make surprise appearances, reports Page Six. It’s unknown at this time whether the new series will air on Bravo or Peacock.

Heather Gay And Meredith Marks Reportedly ‘Shocked’ And ‘Surprised’ By Jen Shah’s Guilty Plea!

According to Page Six, Heather Gay, Meredith Marks, and the rest of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast were blindsided by Jen Shah’s guilty plea.

A source revealed that Gay and Marks were informed of Shah’s legal strategy shift just moments before it was made official.

An insider shares that Shah called Gay right before heading into the courtroom on Monday and asked her to call Marks to inform their pal of the new decision.

Meanwhile, a second source confirmed that the two women received notice ahead of the pleading.

The outlet also shared told Gay and Marks had been in New York ahead of the pre-trial hearing because Shah “wanted people around her” to support her.

Sources also confirmed that the other cast members, including Whitney Rose and Lisa Barlow, were “shocked” as well.

“Everyone was surprised,” a source told Page Six, adding that Shah “continually” told the other “Housewives” that she was “innocent and that she was going to fight.”

The insider shared that Jen told friends the “reason people plead [guilty] is because they’re afraid and they can’t afford it, but that she can afford it and she was going to fight for her innocence.”

The RHOSLC cast was under the impression that Shah was in New York just for the pre-trial hearing and to prepare to fight the allegations with her counsel.

But sources say Shah felt her back was against the wall when she and her team saw the evidentiary support against her and who was going to be testifying.

“She knew she had to plead guilty because she was going to be guilty anyway and didn’t want to drag her mom, her husband, her kids, and everybody into it,” the insider told Page Six.

As previously reported, Shah pleaded guilty in her controversial telemarketing scheme scandal, according to court documents obtained by Page Six. The Bravo reality star appeared in front of U.S. District Judge Sidney Stein at 10:30 a.m. ET in Manhattan federal court for a surprise hearing, during which she changed her previous not guilty plea to guilty.

According to documents obtained by E! News, Shah plead guilty in federal court on July 11, just a week before she was set to go on trial for her ties to an alleged telemarketing scheme targeting the elderly. Prior to the last-minute hearing, Shah had maintained her innocence after being arrested in March 2021, initially pleading not guilty to federal charges of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and money laundering.

Shah has been charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with telemarketing. She faces a maximum of 30 years in prison and up to $9.5 million in fines and restitution, in addition to a $6 million forfeiture, but Page Six reported that her plea agreement called for only 11 to 14 years behind bars.

NBC News reported that during the July 11 proceedings, Shah stated that she had “agreed with others to commit with wire fraud” and “knew it misled” many victims, some of whom she said were over the age of 55. “[I] knew it was wrong,” Shah told the court. “Many people were harmed and I'm so sorry.”

Damian Williams, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York—where Shah was charged—issued a statement shortly after her plea change. “Jennifer Shah was a key participant in a nationwide scheme that targeted elderly, vulnerable victims," he said, per a press release. “These victims were sold false promises of financial security but instead Shah and her co-conspirators defrauded them out of their savings and left them with nothing to show for it. This Office is committed to rooting out these schemes whatever form they take."

An attorney for Shah told E! News in a statement following the plea change, “Ms. Shah is a good woman who crossed a line. She accepts full responsibility for her actions and deeply apologizes to all who have been harmed. Ms. Shah is also sorry for disappointing her husband, children, family, friends, and supporters. Jen pled guilty because she wants to pay her debt to society and put this ordeal behind her and her family.”

Shah is set to be sentenced on November 28.

The news comes after Jen Shah and her assistant, Stuart Smith, were arrested for their alleged roles in a telemarketing scheme that defrauded hundreds of victims throughout the United States on Tuesday, March 30.

Shah and Smith were booked in Salt Lake City on conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with telemarketing and conspiracy to commit money laundering charges. They each face a maximum sentence of 30 years for the wire fraud charges and an additional 20 years for the money laundering charges.

“Jennifer Shah, who portrays herself as a wealthy and successful businessperson on ‘reality’ television, and Stuart Smith, who is portrayed as Shah’s ‘first assistant,’ allegedly generated and sold ‘lead lists’ of innocent individuals for other members of their scheme to repeatedly scam,” Manhattan U.S. Attorney Audrey Strauss said in a press release on Tuesday, reports the outlet. “In actual reality and as alleged, the so-called business opportunities pushed on the victims by Shah, Smith, and their co-conspirators were just fraudulent schemes, motivated by greed, to steal victims’ money. Now, these defendants face time in prison for their alleged crimes.”

“Shah and Smith flaunted their lavish lifestyle to the public as a symbol of their ‘success,’” HSI Special Agent-in-Charge Peter C. Fitzhugh added. “In reality, they allegedly built their opulent lifestyle at the expense of vulnerable, often elderly, working-class people. As alleged, disturbingly, Shah and Smith objectified their very real human victims as ‘leads’ to be bought and sold, offering their personal information for sale to other members of their fraud ring. Working with our partners at the NYPD and the United States Attorney’s Office, SDNY, and with the assistance of HSI Salt Lake City, HSI New York worked to ensure that Shah and Smith will answer for their alleged crimes. As a result, their new reality may very well turn out differently than they expected.”

According to Us Weekly, New York Police Department Commissioner Dermot Shea went on to thank the “hard work” of the NYPD for the case.

“These individuals allegedly targeted and defrauded hundreds of victims but thanks to the hard work of the NYPD and our law enforcement partners, this illegal scheme was brought to an end,” Shea said on Tuesday. “I congratulate the NYPD detectives, Homeland Security Investigations, and the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York for their hard work in bringing these persons to justice.”

Tamra Judge Claims Denise Richards ‘Hit On’ Her At BravoCon And Asked Her ‘To Go To Her Room’

Tamra Judge revealed during the recent episode of Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip that Denise Richards once made a pass at her.

The allegation kicked off after Brandi Glanville opened up about her alleged fling with the Wild Things actress, something the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star continues to deny.

Judge shared that Denise reached out to her as she was seeking advice on how she should handle the Brandi drama. “She actually called me when that went down,” Tamra said of Denise. “She said, ‘This is what’s happening, you’ve been on the show for many years, what do I do?’ I said, ‘If it’s not true then just say no, but don’t give it that much life. If you’re gonna fight it, it’s gonna make you look guilty.'”

The former Real Housewives of Orange County star then explained why she believes Brandi over Denise. “Something happened at BravoCon. She hit on me too,” Tamra said, according to Us Weekly. “It’s more than that, she kept sending me text messages, wanted me to go to her room, convince me to go to her room, I’m like, ‘I’m married.’”

As previously reported, Brandi told Teddi Mellencamp and Kyle Richards about her alleged sexual encounter with Denise during the tenth season of RHOBH. She claimed that the two women slept together when Brandi visited Denise on set in Northern California to interview her for her podcast “Unfiltered” in April 2019.

“I went and I was going to get my own room, but Denise said, ‘No, just stay here. It’s fine. I’ll get you a rollaway bed,’” Brandi claimed on the episode, adding that Denise’s daughter 15-year-old daughter, Lola, was also on the trip with a friend. “There was no rollaway bed. … The kids were downstairs and we were in the loft and there was no door. And I just couldn’t get into it. The next day, Denise said to me, ‘No matter what you do, you just can’t tell Aaron. He will kill me.’ And I’m like, ‘What the f—k is happening right now?’”

Brandi also claimed on the episode that she was told Aaron would be “OK” with his wife sleeping with another woman.

“The morning after … I was just kind of in shock by it,” Brandi told Us Weekly about Denise’s pleas not to tell Aaron. “And she continued to be really nice to me. And she would text me to check in but she was just very unavailable, she definitely hit it and quit it. So I was like, ‘Oh s—t, this bitch.’”

Denise has continued to deny that she hooked up with Brandi.

Leah McSweeney Slams ‘Real Housewives’ Fans For ‘Harassing’ Kyle Richards’ Daughter Portia Umansky On Instagram Over ‘RHOBH’ Drama!

Leah McSweeney slammed Real Housewives fans for ‘harassing’ Kyle Richards’ daughter, Portia Umansky, on Instagram.

“It has been brought to my attention that people are harassing the s***  out of Kyle Richards’ kids,” the Real Housewives of New York City star said via her Instagram Stories. “There is never anything that makes that okay. And we need to stop normalizing, objectifying Housewives like they’re not people. …There are real-life consequences to bullying and victimizing these women… it makes me f***ing sick.  And honestly, it breaks my heart for her. It’s one thing to be harassed yourself by the ‘fans.’ But to have your children harassed is a whole different story.”

She continued, “People have killed themselves for getting cyberbullied. I think if you're a fan of the show and you're someone who's extremely invested in the show, that's awesome, and like the show wouldn't be what it is without people like that but maybe you need to, like, think about what you're really doing and if it's really worth it.”

She added, “I mean, your mad at her because maybe she offended you so you're going to do the most offensive thing and harass her child? There's no logic.”

If you recall, Richards issued a statement via her Instagram Stories where she addressed her behavior. “Now onto the clip where Mauricio, Pk, Dorit & I are discussing Erika's behavior at Garcelle's party. I had not seen what Erika said to Jax in person but was told about it the following day along with some funny moments as well.”

“When I said it's not funny, but it is funny, I meant Erika being drunk was funny, but what she said to Jax was not,” she explained. “I hope you know me well enough by now to know I certainly do not condone speaking to children like that.”

“We are all parents and certainly wouldn't want anyone speaking to any of our children like that,” she continued. “Until Mexico, we had never seen Erika drink like that. So this was new behavior we were seeing,” she said. “I think while focusing on that the more important issue was being minimalized.”

She concluded by adding, “Anyways, I never post things like this but I felt absolutely terrible watching these clips so I wanted to share with you.”

Since then, Richards shared that she and her husband apologized to Garcelle. She said during a recent Amazon Live that she “felt terrible” watching herself call Jayne’s drunken behavior “not funny … but funny.”

“You’d think after 12 years, I would know better, but we screwed up — I did. I messed up,” the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star said, adding that she and her husband — who thought Jayne’s behavior was “great” — both apologized to Beauvais, according to Page Six.

Richards said she felt her apology to Beauvais was “personal” and didn’t want “go tell everybody” about it, which is why she didn’t mention it on her Instagram while previously addressing the drama.

“But I’m saying it now because a lot of people don’t think I apologized to her, but my husband and I did immediately.”

Richards notes that she “never should have commented on something that [she] hadn’t even seen [for herself].”

She added that she’s “sorry if [she] disappointed anybody in that moment” and revealed that the ordeal caused her to “stop watching the show” in order to “disconnect from that a bit.”

New Details Emerge About RHONY’s Upcoming Legacy And Reboot Shows!

New details have emerged about the upcoming reboot and legacy editions of The Real Housewives of New York City.

The news kicked off after it was confirmed that Tinsley Mortimer decided not to join the third season of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip

DeuxMoi reported the following, “Tinsleys exit from UGT is not because of “personal reasons” ...she'll be doing Legacy alongside Sonja, Dorinda, Kelly, Luann and Jill. No Bethenny and No Ramona!”

However, PEOPLE reporter Dave Quinn, is denying the popular gossip site’s alleged tea.

“LOL not a single #RHONYLegacy contract has been signed and no official offers from the network even made — but sure, go and publish your dreamcasts!” he tweeted.

He continued, “And yes, some women have been talking to producers, duh! But ask any Housewife who has been fired and they'll tell you about all the conversations they had with producers telling them they were coming back before they got the axe. It's all up in the air until it's not.”

When a fan asked Quinn if there’s any update on the Legacy edition, he tweeted, “I'm hearing that's nearly locked and loaded.”

If you recall, Bravo confirmed the news in March that they were working on two RHONY shows. One to reboot the series with a whole new cast and another featuring some of the show's most iconic cast members.

Andy shared that he “takes into account everything that our passionate audience has really been telling us over the last year,” Cohen told Variety back in March. He also said that “rebooting and recasting” the series, most likely from scratch, and launching a second “RHONY” series featuring former stars.

“You know that we’re at a crossroads for ‘RHONY,’” Cohen said at that time. “We’ve spent a lot of time figuring out where to go. And the plan that we’ve come up with, I think, is a real gift to the fans.”

“There are thousands of stories to tell here,” he continued. “This is the most multicultural, diverse, and energetic and exciting city in America: We are searching for a multicultural group of friends who really best reflect the most exciting city in the country. We’re looking for a group of women who are real friends, and who are of diverse backgrounds, races and religions.”

As for the second “Real Housewives of New York City” that will feature ex-cast members, Andy shared that there’s no official title for this show yet.  Cohen said it’s being referred to internally as “RHONY: Throwback” or “RHONY: Legacy.”

Several Bravolebrities shared their thoughts on Judge’s return. “Obviously her presence has been missed,” Braunwyn Windham-Burke told Page Six during Jill Zarin’s Luxury Luncheon in The Hamptons, benefiting the Bobby Zarin Memorial Trust. “She’s a staple on the show and they’d be lucky to have her.”

When asked about Judge’s return, Vicki Gunvalson said, “Good for her, I’m happy for her.”

The news comes weeks after Radar Online reported that Judge and former RHOC star Alexis Bellino were in talks to return to the series. Earlier this month, Dr. Jen Armstrong and Noella Bergener confirmed that they were not returning to the show after one season.

Brinnette Seopela is sharing an update on her love life. The former Real Housewives of Johannesburg star opens up about her new relationship.

A close friend to Brinnette confirmed that she has indeed moved on with a Durban-based businessman and he paid lobola for her.

“Technically they are married. He is based in KZN and they had a family gathering after lobola negations this past weekend,” the friend told Drum.

However, Brinnette said the ceremony was not a wedding but an introduction to each other’s families.
“It was not a wedding. Our families just met.”

She’s not yet ready to open up about her new relationship and wants to protect her space but says she has indeed moved on. “When the time is right, I will open up,” she told Drum

Seopela has yet to reveal the identity of her new boyfriend. If you recall, Seopela was previously married to Themba Gezane. The two got married during Season 1 of RHOJ. But in Season 2, she announced that they called it quits. The former couple later divorced after only five months of marriage.

Seopela previously claimed that Gezane was abusive but he has denied her claims. According to him, the reason for their split was allegedly due to her extravagant and reckless lifestyle.

Erika Jayne Sued For $745K By Nicolas Cage’s Ex Christina Fulton Over Alleged Stolen Funds And Fraud!

Nicolas Cage’s ex-girlfriend, Christina Fulton, is suing Erika Jayne and two former Girardi & Keese attorneys for alleged fraud and theft in a $745,000 lawsuit that was filed on Friday, July 15.

According to court documents via Page Six, Fulton claims the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s estranged husband, Tom Girardi, and his ex-colleagues Samantha Gold and John Kelley Courtney misappropriated her settlement funds to support their personal lifestyles.

The 55-year-old actress was involved in a car accident in January 2016 and sustained severe injuries as a result. Soon after, she sought legal representation from Girardi & Keese law firm.

The case resulted in a confidential settlement agreement filed on March 18, 2019, with a settlement amount of $924,300.

Gold was Fulton’s primary counsel, and Courtney was a senior attorney on the case. However, Girardi was the owner and controlling member of their firm at the time.

According to the lawsuit, Fulton learned on July 14, 2022, through “newly discovered financial documents” where her settlement funds actually went. The documents allegedly revealed that on April 8, 2019, Fulton’s settlement check had been deposited into a Girardi & Keese bank account without her consent.

“This was a complete outright forgery as [Fulton] never endorsed this check and certainly never agreed to have it deposited,” the lawsuit claims, according to Page Six. “This negotiated check was in fact a forgery and a lie. The check was never held in trust but spent. It is beyond shocking and the pale that the firm would conceal the arrival of the check and not obtain Ms. Fulton’s endorsement as required by law.”

The lawsuit claims that Fulton only received a total of $190,000 of her settlement between April 2019 and September 2020, which her lawyers claim was part of Girardi’s pattern “to dupe his clients into waiting for money by dribbling small payments.” She also received an advance of $5,000, leaving a $744,300 balance, which is the amount she is seeking in damages.

Fulton’s attorneys claim there is proof that the settlement funds had been disbursed to Girardi & Keese in three separate checks: $214,000 on April 26, 2019, $1 million on April 12, 2019, and $300,000 on April 10, 2019.

Jayne is named in the lawsuit because Fulton discovered her funds were allegedly “diverted to Erika” via the Bravo reality star’s company, EJ Global, and later transferred to Pretty Mess Inc.

According to the lawsuit, Fulton believes that Jayne and Girardi would use funds “as their own assets” to “pay for their lavish lifestyle.”

“The funds were treated as community property,” the documents alleges, citing the $25 million deposited into EJ Global — for which Jayne is being sued in Girardi & Keese’s separate bankruptcy case.

“Erika used the money to pay off her expenses,” the suit claims via Page Six. “For at least 12 years, all of her expenses were paid by Girardi Keese as she was generating them. No one withdrew money from the firm other than Erika Girardi.”

Ronald Richards, one of the attorneys representing Fulton, says that his client like “many people in Hollywood trusted Tom and Erika in their legal matters.”

Richards noted that Jayne and Girardi were a “public couple who preached wealth and success.”

“Erika profited off of these funds, which [were] used to provide content for the ‘Housewives’ show to which she was paid for. She directly received vendor payments from these funds and personally benefited from the misappropriation of our client’s settlement,” Richards told Page Six.

Meanwhile, Jayne’s attorney told the outlet that he hasn’t seen the full complaint yet, but believes that two “fundamental undisputed facts” will emerge from “all the lawsuits that try to make Erika responsible for the actions” of her estranged husband.

Evan C. Borges first notes that his client is a “non-lawyer” who had “no role” in the actions of Girardi or others dealing with the disbarred lawyer’s clients or finances, and second she “thought she was married to an extremely wealthy attorney with a financially successful law firm.”

“It’s a distraction tactic and specious for lawyers representing former [Girardi & Keese] clients to use Erika’s lifestyle and persona on a ‘Housewives’ show as an excuse to sue her,” Jayne’s attorney added. “The focus should be on Tom Girardi and, where supported by evidence, the lawyers, accountants, and financiers who enabled his misconduct and wrongdoing.”

“She was asked to be on the show a couple of weeks ago and was excited,” a source told Us Weekly. “However, she already had plans for the summer that she couldn’t shift around to participate so unfortunately she will not be on the Girls Trip.”

According to PEOPLE, insiders say Mortimer chose to exit production for “personal reasons” and she was replaced by former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams.

Williams will join RHUGT along with Real Housewives of Potomac stars Gizelle Bryant and Candiace Dillard-BassettReal Housewives of Miami stars Alexia Nepola (formerly known as Alexia Echevarria) and Marysol PattonReal Housewives of New York City star Leah McSweeney, and Real Housewives of Salt Lake City stars Heather Gay and Whitney Rose

Sources Reveal Out How ‘RHOSLC’ Will Address Jen Shah's Guilty Plea On Season 3!

Find out how Jen Shah’s recent guilty plea will play out in the upcoming third season of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.

A source close to production reveals that filming for RHOSLC's upcoming third season had recently come to a close, but picked back up after Jen Shah plead guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with telemarketing on July 11.

“There were no cameras in the courtroom,” an insider told E! News, “but production shot confessionals on the women's reactions that will likely be a part of season three.”

“There is no way to know what is going to happen,” the source added, though they did reveal RHOSLC's cameras are not currently following Jen—who's due back in New York for sentencing on November 28—as the show “technically has wrapped with her and this is not a part of the production cycle.”

The RHOSLC cast, they're all on summer break. Several ladies were on vacation during Jen's plea reversal, meaning they might not be featured in the recently filmed confessionals. Sources recently shared that the cast was “in shock” and “disappointed” to learn she plead guilty. “The whole time Jen has never wavered on maintaining her innocence," the insider told E! News, adding that some of the cast are now “feeling duped, misled and lied to by their friend.”

Jill Zarin is clarifying the comments she made about Tamra Judge’s alleged return to The Real Housewives of Orange County for Season 17 and reacts to Judge calling her a “thirsty b**ch.”

“I read online that she’s coming back. I’m not a source. That’s what I heard,” she told E! News. “I don't know anything. I don’t know if she has a contract. That’s what I heard from other people. I don't know anything about anything except myself.”

The former Real Housewives of New York City star also took to social media to address the topic.

“I just have to straighten something out, this morning I was on my way to the event and I used an expression often breaking news buts it doesn't mean that there's anything breaking that wasn’t broken to me,” she said in an Instagram post. “I had read online that Vicki was not coming back and Tamra was and I said that.”

“I just repeated what I had read, I don’t have any inside information, nobody talks to me at Bravo, I know absolutely nothing, I just repeated the news that was already printed,” she continued. “I don’t know why Tamra attacked me today calling me a thirsty b**ch. Thirsty about what?”

She added, “I'm happy for you, you wanted this and I'm happy for you. Why is there any animosity? Anyways, um, we're gonna have to straighten that one out but congratulations anyway.”

Zarin along with her daughter, Allyson Shapiro, noted that they love Tamra and Vicki together.

If you recall, Zarin spilled over the weekend that Tamra was returning to RHOC for the show's upcoming seventeenth season. “Tamra’s coming back, and you know, my friend Vicki [Gunvalson]’s not happy,” the Real Housewives of New York City alum said in a since-deleted Instagram Live video on Saturday, July 16.

Judge responded to the clip via Twitter on Saturday.  She tweeted, “Go f–k yourself @JillZarin! You thirsty bitch!”

Tamra then shared a video via her Twitter and Instagram Story where she slammed Zarin for commenting about her RHOC return. “Hey guys, I have a big announcement. Jill is the thirstiest bitch I’ve ever met.”

Multiple sources revealed that Judge is returning to RHOC for the show's 17th season. “Tamra is thrilled to come back to the show, especially after feeling the fan love from her stint on ‘Ultimate Girls Trip,'” an insider told Page Six. “She can’t wait to get back in the mix on ‘RHOC’ and see how she can shake up the dynamic.”

Another source close to Judge also added that the next installment of the reality show is expected to “revolve around Tamra.”

Marlo Hampton Shares Details In Attempted Home Invasion Robbery!

Marlo Hampton is one of the victims of a string of recent home invasions in Sandy Springs, Georgia.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star detailed the July 1 attempted burglary on Wednesday, July 20, saying she and one of her nephews were home when armed and masked men kicked her door down.

“When I heard the boom, when I heard my nephew scream — and I knew that scream was a scream of fear — my heart dropped,” Hampton told WSB-TV.

She said she went to a panic room and called 9-1-1 but that the suspects fled before police arrived.

“I just thank God, and we’re covered in the blood of Jesus, and I’m here to share this story with you,” she said, according to Page Six. “But my main concern is, I want all the ladies — I want everyone — to be aware if you are posting items. If you do have luxury items, be careful.”

However, the Sandy Springs Police Department (SSPD) believes the men who broke into Hampton’s house are members of a gang connected to at least 15 home invasions that have mostly targeted celebrities in the area.

On Sunday morning, SSPD officers arrested four alleged members of the gang as they attempted to break into the townhouse of the mom of one of Future’s eight kids, whose identity was not made public.

It’s unclear whether anyone was home at the time, but officers were reportedly staking out the woman’s property in anticipation that she might be a target.

“We got lucky, and we got right,” Sgt. Matt McGinnis told WSB-TV, adding that he and his team have been working on a deep investigation into the gang’s past “for at least a year.”

McGinnis said the four suspects in custody have been charged with crimes related to Sunday’s events. However, the Sargent believes there are many more members of the gang involved in the high-profile invasions, reports Page Six.

Vicki Gunvalson And Tamra Judge Argue On WWHL Over Teddi Mellencamp Friendship!

$

Vicki Gunvalson got into an argument with Tamra Judge over her friendship with Teddi Mellencamp during a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

It all kicked off when Judge was asked how she felt that her two close friends were recently feuding on social media. Judge, who just announced her return to The Real Housewives of Orange County, called the situation “very awkward” and added that she would like for “them to get along.”

“I’ve never met her,” Gunvalson said. “You can not like people you’ve never met.”

“She asked me where I was on Jan. 6,” she continued, referencing when former President Donald Trump’s supporters stormed the Capitol, according to Page Six. “That’s an idiotic thing to say to somebody. I know where I was. I was in Puerto Vallarta.”

Judge said that Teddi mentioned that “after [Gunvalson] went after her,” calling the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star a very “nice” and “good person.”

“I don’t like her. That doesn’t mean I’m after her. … We can talk about it later. I don’t like her. Don’t be so defensive,” the OG of the OC said.

Cohen then pointed out that it “must be hard for” Tamra to “love two people who don’t love each other,” to which she agreed.

“There’s no reason for them not to like each other,” said Judge. However, Gunvalson made it clear that she dislikes Mellencamp.

“We are never going to be together so it doesn’t matter to anybody’s life,” she said. “Why does she care?”

Last month, Teddi and Vicki made headlines after Teddi seemingly compared a fictional Showtime series “about a girl who scams her way into a job by lying about having cancer” to the “Coto Insurance maven cancer-faking ex-boyfriend Brooks Ayers.

Gunvalson fired back that Mellencamp was only on “RHOBH” for three seasons compared to her 13 seasons as a full-time cast member — and one as a “friend” — on the Bravo hit reality series.

“Well if we’re talking numbers, could you let us all know where you were on January 6th?” Mellencamp then tweeted without evidence.

Gunvalson slammed Mellencamp’s January 6 tweet. “The fact that Teddi would stoop so low asking where I was on Jan. 6 just shows her ignorance and why I said, ‘I don’t like her’ even before that comment,” Gunvalson told Page Six.

“I’ve seen her talk this way about other women, and quite frankly, I want nothing to do with people like her.”

“This woman has lost her mind,” she added. “Where was she at? Why does she care that I don’t like her? I don’t surround myself with people like her.”

Gunvalson shut down Mellencamp’s Twitter accusation by saying that she was at her condo in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, from Dec. 29, 2020, to Jan. 15, 2021.

Many women from the Real Housewives franchise reacted to Tamra Judge calling Jill Zarin a “thirsty bitch” for revealing her Real Housewives of Orange County return on social media.

Medley added a water emoji, seemingly agreeing with Judge that Zarin is thirsty while Williams “applauded” Judge.

Meanwhile, Phaedra Parks revealed that the RHUGT Season 2 cast is in a group text, and following Jill and Tamra's drama, the group chat was in high demand.

“We definitely have a Girls Trip text thread that gets very interesting sometimes,” the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum told Entertainment Tonight. “And you have to put it on mute because everyone's chattering about crazy stuff. But yeah, it definitely gets extremely interesting.”

“It was very active this weekend,” she continued. “I think everybody’s phone was very active this weekend because it was Jill’s [charity] party and Vicki attended, but we obviously had some craziness that resulted from that event. ... I was supposed to attend the party, but I had something that came up and so I couldn’t attend and now I’m happy I didn’t, because I don’t like to be in the middle of the mess. It’s a lot of B words that go around in this type of busybody business.”

Cynthia Bailey is open to the idea of joining the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills following her exit from The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

“‘Beverly Hills’ comes up a lot, and that’s one of those situations where it would just have to be organic,” Bailey told Page Six.

Bailey has been in L.A. booking many acting gigs following her exit from RHOA. Plus, the former Bravo reality star notes that she has friendships with many of the women, including her former Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip co-star Kyle Richards, and also Garcelle Beauvais and new friend Sheree Zampino

“I know Garcelle, I actually know Sheree, who is one of the new ‘friends of’ on the show. I know [Lisa] Rinna, I know Kyle [Richards], I’ve worked with Dorit [Kemsley]. I’ve never met Sutton [Stracke],” Bailey said. “I feel like I know those ladies well enough that if it ever wanted to make sense, it can make sense.”

Bailey also shares her thoughts on the current RHOBH drama where Erika Jayne cursed at Garcelle's 14-year-old son and the backlash Kyle and Erika faced following the incident. Cynthia praises Garcelle for how she handled the situation.

“I definitely felt bad for Kyle and Erika in that moment because I was like, ‘They’ve got some explaining to do. This is not coming out right. This is not looking right,’” she told Page Six. “But Garcelle is a class-act as well. She’s smart and rational. She’s a rational person so, you know, she’ll always say what she needs to say and move on.”

Bailed also shared that she is glad that Erika and Kyle apologized to Beauvais. “I really am happy that Erika apologized immediately. Kyle, from what I saw online, has apologized. When you’re filming, you’re just going to have moments where you’re going to make mistakes,” she added. “Kudos to Garcelle for being open to their apologies.”

According to a legal expert, Sharrieff Shah, the husband of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Jen Shah, he could be liable to pay the $9 million restitution amid his wife's ongoing legal drama.

“First, the forfeiture. The forfeiture allows for substituting of assets. So, any assets that she owns can be forfeited to the government to cover that $6.5 million in forfeiture,” legal commentator and former L.A. Deputy District Attorney Emily D. Baker told PEOPLE. “That also depends on how much they took when they did the search warrant, because they had the right to grab money, property, things like that.”

She added, “So, the government might already have some money or property of hers.”

Baker indicates that the government “had some money” from Jen's assistant Stuart Smith, who has also plead guilty for their business crimes. “They also said that for some of it, she could be jointly and separately liable with Stuart depending on if there's restitution. So, it might be a split,” she said.

“There's a funny sentence in the plea deal that they could be jointly and separately liable together, and that would be very interesting, because that would reduce it,” Baker continued. “But if she can't pay, there's not much she can do. It will always be there, and they can garnish any income. If she writes a book, they can garnish that. So, after the forfeiture is done, they can go after any income.”

But Baker shared that the income the government could pursue “includes marital property.”

“Things that are separate to him, no, but anything [they share as a married couple, yes] — and that can be his income and stuff like that,” she told PEOPLE. “Most things are going to be considered marital property, so yes. This is their debt. It's in her name, but he's not going to be able to have marital property that's not a potential to be attached for this restitution.”

Baker said it “wouldn't matter” if Jen and Sharrieff were to divorce. Sharrieff would still be liable “because this is now accumulated during the marriage.”

“Jennifer Shah was a key participant in a nationwide scheme that targeted elderly, vulnerable victims,” he said, per a press release. “These victims were sold false promises of financial security but instead Shah and her co-conspirators defrauded them out of their savings and left them with nothing to show for it. This Office is committed to rooting out these schemes whatever form they take.”
