Teresa Giudice, her husband Joe, and their daughters have posed for their first photo since the Real Housewives of New Jersey star began her 15-month prison sentence. The picture is featured on the new cover of Us Weekly (see cover photo below).

In the issue, Teresa opens up about her life at the Danbury, Conn. facility for the first time since being remanded in January. "I miss Joe and my girls terribly," the magazine reports she said, in a statement issued by her lawyer.

For his part, Joe also opens up about how her absence has taken an emotional toll on him and the family: "I cry more than the girls," Joe tells the magazine of having to leave Teresa after regular visits. "I pretty much cry every time I leave. Like a little baby."

Joe has also spoken out about how he's doing his best to keep his head up high. In an interview with Extra, he said, "When you have four kids you have to stay strong. Her being away definitely makes me appreciate her more, a lot more, and, you know, everything she did."

Eileen Davidson Says Brandi Glanville “Continues To Miss Everyone's Point!”

Eileen Davidson is taking to her Bravo Blog to dish on this week's episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Eileen Davidson talks about her first RHOBH reunion and discusses what it was like sitting next to Kim. Eileen writes:

"My first RHOBH reunion started off with a surprise, when I walk onto set and I’m told to sit next to Kim. I thought about running, but then I reconsidered. Ha!

Yolanda sits on my right, but I know it’s a just matter of time until she’ll have to leave due to her illness, leaving Brandi, Kim, and me on the couch alone. This should be interesting…

Andy first asks me about Vincent. Vin and I have definitely had a few laughs about his face peeking through the garage window, beer in one hand, as he watched the fighting in our driveway. He’s always been my number one support system and always keeps me grounded, but particularly through this adventure. I’m so grateful to have him in my corner.

I’m sad that Kim and Kyle aren’t speaking. This is a big, messy, and complicated situation. Maybe the time apart will be good for them? I’m hoping so.

I’m genuinely heartbroken when Yolanda opens up about her struggle with Lyme disease. She’s a beautiful, vibrant, active woman, and to be inhibited by her illness is hard to watch. She’s so strong, and I’m inspired by her daily, and I know she always has the best intentions, and her very big heart is always in the right place. However, I disagree with her about us “throwing Brandi to the curb.” All I’ve done is try to talk to Brandi and be honest with her when just ignoring her and cutting her off would be a more simple solution.

Brandi continues to miss everyone’s point. No one, to my knowledge, said she shouldn’t have a drink at a party. But when she does drink, she gets mean and aggressive. Even she admitted that a few weeks ago. The accusations she made about Lisa R., and comparing it to our statements about Brandi’s behavior when she drinks, is not the same thing.

All in all, the issues between Kim and Kyle, Brandi and Kyle, Brandi and Lisa V., and Brandi and Lisa R. (are we noticing a pattern here?) took center stage, however, I don’t know if I’ll be able to stay out of the cross-fire for long!"

Yolanda Foster Talks Lyme Disease Battle And RHOBH Reunion

$

Yolanda Foster is taking to her Bravo Blog to dish on this week's episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Yolanda talks about her journey to recovery and has some sage advice for her fellow Housewives. Yolanda writes:

"Hello Bravo lovers,

First and foremost, thank you so much for all your love and support during my crazy health journey. Please know that it is a great source of strength and that it really means a lot to me. I also appreciate your kindness and compassion in understanding that I have not been able to blog.

I know the reunion is an important end to the season, so I felt the need to pull up my bootstraps and show up, no matter what. In my mind, keeping my commitment to Bravo and Evolution was very important, even though my body wasn’t ready to get dressed and all dolled up after living in my robe and pajamas for the past four months.

In hindsight, I wish I had stayed in bed, because I don’t feel like I added much to the conversation, even though I did give my best effort. I feel so raw and vulnerable as I make my way through the maze of this debilitating disease. Not having access to the “search button” in my brain makes me really insecure and is a huge loss for me when trying to participate in life.

My world has become very small. I have moved into an apartment with my husband and son in order to have a more manageable scope of responsibilities while I recover slowly and learn to take life one day at a time. Getting well is my full-time job these days. It took me a while to learn the true meaning of patience and surrender, but I have finally accepted that healing doesn’t happen on our schedule. It doesn’t have a clock or a calendar.

The diagnosis isn’t simple, either. A late stage chronic Lyme disease patient probably doesn't just have Lyme disease. Unfortunately, this situation is like peeling a onion with many layers of problems. I won't bore you with the details of my diseases collected throughout my life journey of 48 years until the day I got sick now almost three years ago. One funny story gives you a sense, though, of the long-term journey. At 12 years old, I raised a premature baby cow on our farm, because her mom had died. I bottle-fed it everyday, let it suck on my chin and babied it until it was stable. I just recently found out that my little love gave me Q fever that has been a low-grade infection throughout my entire life.

The path forward isn’t completely clear. As I turn each corner, new obstacles arise, but I am a determined warrior, and even though this has brought me to my knees, I know God often uses our deepest pain as the launching pad of our greatest calling. So even though my life may not be perfect for now, I try to find a blessing in every day. Watching my children grow and establishing themselves into the world is my greatest joy and drive to continue to fight until I find my cure. I had to miss Gigi and Bella walking Tom Ford's fashion show right here in town a couple of weeks ago. I’ve waited my whole life for that exciting moment, but while I couldn’t be there in person, at least today’s technology allowed me to live-stream the show from bed. I’ve cried my eyes out for missing so many precious moments as their careers take off, while I’ve been forced to to watch from the sidelines with great pride, inspiration and hope for a front row seat one day in the near future.

And, unfortunately, I am far from alone. Lyme disease is a major epidemic of the 21st century, and I am sure, unfortunately, that in the years to come, as people become more aware and educated about this disease, you will come across someone in your inner circle who is afflicted with this. In some ways, it’s like AIDS in the early 1980s. I am going to make it my mission in the coming years to help find proper diagnostics and a cure affordable for all. There is so little acknowledgement and understanding from the world at large for this and most chronic invisable diseases, for that matter. That’s why I like to say that you don’t really get IT until you get IT.

Throughout this journey, I have finally, after 51 years, met the true core of my being. I understand pain and suffering in a dimension I never knew existed. I am finding my own strength at its best, yet in the worst time of my life. I am getting to the most raw and vulnerable part of me and it has changed my perspective towards life and human beings for the rest of my life.

All of this brings me back to the reunion. It was nice to see all the girls, even though, for obvious reasons, I have been extremely disconnected and pretty much living on a different planet for now. My overall take on the season is that we must all try to be kinder than necessary, because those hardest to love need love the most.

Some people come into our life as a blessing, while others come into our life as a lesson, so love them for who they are instead of judging them for who they are not.

It's obvious that some of the women’s behavior is a true reflection of how they feel about themselves, and for that, I have great empathy and compassion. The issues at play here are real life struggles, so remaining open to things with which we don’t agree allows us to see that there is always a resolution to a situation if we are willing to make the effort.

Everyone matters, so I don’t feel the need to compete and keep pointing out other people’s imperfections in order to feel better about myself. Since today’s world has enough critics, I choose to be an encourager where possible (while also telling friends what they need to hear, and not just want they want to hear) and treat everyone as if they were what they should be and hopefully help them become what they are capable of becoming.

I think it's important for all of us participating in the Housewife journey to remember that just because someone has inflicted hurt upon us, it does not give us the right to do the same.

Anyway, thank you for supporting our show the way that you have. I hope you continue to tune in for the three-part reunion. I am sending you lots of love from my healing cave and hope to see you all next year.

Remember, character isn’t what you have, it’s who you are...

Lisa Rinna Dishes On Her First RHOBH Reunion Experience

Lisa Rinna is taking to her Bravo Blog to dish on this week's episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Lisa Rinna dishes on her first RHOBH reunion experience and why she isn't bothered by the Depends jokes. Lisa writes:

"What did you think about part one of The Hunger Games? I mean, part one of the reunion. I’m actually in a different country on vacation with my family, and there is nowhere else I’d rather be. This is where I am the happiest!

As you can probably guess, from the time we finished taping, I had not seen a few of the girls and needless to say, I could have gone another few months, or really, another few lifetimes without seeing them. But here we were, locked and loaded on two couches sitting across from each other. It seems some came in ready to toss out passive aggressive insults about how much better they were than the rest of us, and others came in with a more direct approach, shooting out insults the whole way through. Just as classy as I had anticipated it to be.

One thing that I want to touch on, which I also did in an earlier blog this season, was the amazing charity that Kimberly-Clark (Depend) donated nearly a quarter of a million dollars to when I did their commercial. The fact that I got paid handsomely and Dress For Success did as well is worth any teasing or taunting I may get. If "not taking pride" in the jobs I choose means this worthy charity gets a hearty six figure check and some recognition, then so be it!

About Dress For Success:
Dress for Success is a global not-for-profit organization that promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support, and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

You know, at one point, we see Brandi mention how she wishes I was more honest and not only hold the honesty for my interviews. How quickly she forgets about the lunch we had where I sat down and addressed how I wanted to talk about her and her crazy behavior. I asked why she says such mean things and acts out with the others. Maybe to Brandi this doesn’t count as honesty because she took our conversation and spun it, so we landed on the topic of Kim and not her. I don’t know. Just a thought.

How stunning does Kyle look in red? I knew how stressful it was for her to be in this situation. Having to see her sister for the first time in months with cameras around can’t be easy, but of course, she remained strong, and I’m proud of her for that.

I think Lisa V. said it perfectly when she spoke of Brandi’s drinking. She’s absolutely right to point out that that when Brandi drinks, it may not be a problem in her life, but it certainly becomes our group’s problem when she does it around us. Lisa was completely spot on with this one. And I know Pump loves the color pink, but that purple was fabulous on her! I love the royal purple, because let’s face it, Lisa V. is the Queen!"

Lisa Vanderpump On Brandi Glanville: “I Have Seen The Venom That Spouts From Her, And I Will Defend Vociferously If I Have To”

$

Lisa Vanderpump is taking to her Bravo Blog to dish on this week's episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Lisa Vanderpump explains what frustrated her most about the RHOBH reunion. Lisa writes:

"A week has quickly flown by, and here we are as the curtain rises on the first part of this intense trilogy.
The reasoning behind the reunion is for all the feelings that have manifested over the past nine months to come to the surface, an emotional pregnancy born out of the complicated relationship between us women. Feelings that have simmered for many weeks as we witness what each have said then start rising to the top and sometimes boil over.

This was not a demanding season for me. I almost had some sort of reprieve after last year, but I identified with the feelings of trepidation in some others as Andy introduces us. As always, a spark of honesty as I state sarcastically, "My favorite day of the year."

This year I felt drastically different than last. I wasn't of the mind to digest any of the nonsense that potentially would be spewed by some. I felt almost a certain vindication as I knew there were some whom had done an excellent job of exposing themselves.

I felt sympathy for Yolanda as I could see a genuine struggle with composure as Andy asked after her welfare. Life has been challenging of late for her, and I could see that clearly.

I almost giggled as I sat opposite Eileen, who I am certain had never been part of something so intriguing. It is a unique experience, for sure, and one that lasts for often more than nine hours.

I have no idea how Kim and Kyle must've felt opposite each other after not seeing or speaking for many months. The two of them, at times, have appeared as close as any siblings I have known, and then this confrontation in such a public forum has to be somewhat overwhelming. Kim, as we have attested to this season, has the potential of being pretty venomous, and I wouldn't relish being on the receiving end of that.

In regard to BG, I am not apologizing for my feelings of being utterly incredulous at almost everything she says, as she has, over a rather long period of time, created an idiotic perception of what she believes to be reality. She doesn't see things clearly. She doesn't understand why it is offensive to go home and f--- my son Max's best school friend from when we lived in France (he and his twin brother Alex were extremely close for years), then state this young boy has a nice c--k on national television. But then to remark that I was jealous he didn't want to f--- me is a classic example of why I can no longer interact with her, a classless attempt to embarrass me but, in fact, has the reverse effect and ultimately embarrasses herself.

She doesn't comprehend the issue I have with the fact that as she cosies up to Kim, she has this urge to demean Kyle in the process, and for Yolanda to continually defend her, I find exasperating. I knew Yolanda had little stamina and wasn't wanting to press her, but the situation certainly begged the question as to why BG is held to a different standard. I feel protective of Bella and was incensed that BG would liken an unfortunate incident to her own drinking situation, and yes there is one. That is why when BG says she didn't have one, if that is what she chooses to believe, well then I have to enlighten her that unfortunately the ramifications of her indulging are US dealing with her verbal aggression or uncalled for physicality.

I have lost my patience, and after being the victim of her lies, I am in no mood to pussy foot around her. Do I have any issues with her personally? No. As she lay her hands on me, it was the straw that broke the camel's back, and I have nothing further to say, but I have seen the venom that spouts from her, and I will defend vociferously if I have to.

It was a demanding day, and I am as intrigued as you to see this come to fruition.

You never have to worry too much. If you are of good character, all will become evident in the end.
So as we wrap this up, no I didn't have an affair with my trainer (I don't have one), I didn't want to sleep with my son's best friend, and I will watch my back.

Until next week...Love, Lisa."

Brandi Glanville Insists Kyle Richards ‘Backstabbed’ Lisa Vanderpump!

$

Brandi Glanville is taking to her Bravo Blog to dish on this week's episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Brandi breaks down the first part the reunion and tells us what she really thinks of Kyle and Lisa's friendship. Brandi writes:

"Hello Bravo and Housewives Fans,

I was almost out the door to watch my littlest actor perform a one “boy” play when I found out I have to blog the reunion! I was out last night with TV execs so didn't get to see all of it--bet you'd like to have been a fly on the wall during that dinner. Ha! Well, since I didn’t know I had to blog, this may be a little late. Sorry!

It would be nice if the RHOBH reunion were a time to look back, reminisce, and laugh at the past year, like most reunions, but Housewives’ reunions are more like Seinfeld's Festivus with the "The Airing of Grievances" taking center stage.

We see the ladies looking beautiful, Yolanda especially. Considering what Yo is going through, it's amazing how calm, cool, and collected she appeared. Loved the Victoria Beckham dress.

As you can tell, I was stressed just being there. No, I didn't want to be there. I knew certain people would be in attack mode, and they were. I saw it during the entire season, so why would it be different at the reunion?

There is still a misunderstanding I'd like to try to clear up again, gently. When I spoke of a Housewife's daughter, I was trying to make an analogy. I had seen a few unfair and untrue HW blogs take false potshots at the young lady in question, the same type of untrue potshots that are thrown at me. I was trying to say, "When a stranger tries to label someone something ugly, even if the allegation isn't true, it can still sting, annoy, and cause a defensive reaction." It's hard to hear unfair lies about yourself or someone you love. My example was misunderstood, because I wasn't clear and chose the wrong words. Yolanda speaks several languages and my Cali girl speak isn't always one of them.  Anyway, it's my fault I didn't explain myself better. I hope I finally did now.

As for Lisa V., I believe she knew exactly what I had tried to say, twisted my words, and brought it up to manufacture an ax to grind. Kyle? Kyle can't follow most conversations, so it's a case of her simply piggybacking Lisa V. or anyone attacking others.

What other points require addressing? Kyle DID backstab Lisa V. and Ken Todd last year. She ABSOLUTELY told me Lisa V. had an affair and had filed a bankruptcy. I was simply used to deliver the message...on TV. My fault. I was manipulated and let myself be used. I have to take complete responsibility for that. I lived and learned.

What's odd is that Lisa V. and Kyle obviously don't like each other and have nothing in common. Lisa V. is quick and smart. Kyle is slow and not smart. They use each other, backstab each other, and mock each other every chance they get. However, they do like to get together and pretend to be "classy" ladies, boast about money, and plot together.

So actually, Lisa V. and Kyle may be perfect for each other. Enough said there.

The rest of the reunion, I don't have much to say. Kim was great, strong, on point, and funny. And, yes, we are still friends. Thanks to Andy for trying to take up for me. I didn't understand his analogy about horseplay, or maybe “puppyplay” at the time. But, the intent is more important than the delivery, right?  I’ve been trying to get that point across for years. But SOME people like to focus on a misunderstood or misstated word or phrase, rather than the intent. I won't be one of them.

As anyone could see, I was anxious, and it was only a matter of time before I was reactionary. I tried very, very hard not to be. You have no idea how difficult it is to have people screaming at you from two sides and to remain calm. In similar situations, you can walk away. I don’t have that option very often on RHOBH. If you know me, you know I’ve been diagnosed with anxiety, so it is what it is. Stress me out past my comfort zone, F- bombs fly.

Luckily, the rest of my life doesn’t involve screaming and verbal attacks. So, that was all one long day a few weeks ago. Moving on... until Part Two next week. It gets better or worse--that’s for you to decide.

Besides my son’s play, there are a few more positive things I'm excited to talk about: A new PodcastOne show with the supercool Candace Smith this week.

Be on the lookout for my new wine label to be introduced in a few days. It's a Sonoma Coast Chardonnay, called "Unfiltered Blonde.” The Chardonnay is being produced in partnership with Tyson and Jenni Rippey of the Vinter's Group, and it's delicious! Website coming soon!

I hope pre-orders will be happening soon.

Also, I'm literally begging for sponsor donations for "Make-A-Wish" Los Angeles. They are holding a walkathon on April 18th called "Walk For Wishes." The charity is amazing and grants wishes to seriously ill children.

So please consider donating any amount to help reach my goal of $15,000. So far, we've worked together and hit the 54% mark of $8,438.

Everyone near LA should register and come out and walk with me. This is the link to sponsor: me ‪shar.es/1ggIuw

A big thank you to all my donors!

Anyway, its grocery day, and I'm running to school to see my baby on stage. Real life is calling.

XOXO,

Peace Out,

B"

Is Joe Giudice Getting His Own Reality Show?

According to a new report, Joe Giudice is reportedly in talks to star in his own reality show. According to E! News , the Real Housewives of New Jersey star may be getting either a series or a special about the family while Teresa is in prison.

The site reports that Joe is in discussions to film the new project about his life at home with his daughters and it will focus on how they're coping with a mom behind bars and what their every day lives are like now.

A source tells E! News that everything is still in the early stages and the show would be separate from any upcoming Real Housewives of New Jersey season and the drama that comes along with assembling the group of women.

The site claims that Joe wants to do it and Teresa is aware of the talks, but she has yet to give her seal of approval. The reality star and New York Times best-selling author wants to know all the details because she gives her blessing. The site also claims that it'll be Teresa's call whether they move forward with the new reality project or not.

If the family decides to do it, they want to make sure the world gets to see the true Giudices, not who everyone thinks they are. Should all the plans work out, production would begin in a few months. Joe will likely begin his prison sentence in March.

A rep for Bravo had no comment.

Are Bethenny Frankel And Jill Zarin Still Feuding?

$

Bethenny Frankel’s return to the Real Housewives of New York City is just a few days away. In a new interview, Frankel's former bestie and co-star Jill Zarin is revealing that there is no longer bad blood between the two.

"There is no feud between myself and Bethenny or myself and anybody that I know of unless they come forth and tell me there's a feud," Jill explains to friend Wendy Feldman on her Dash Radio talk show The Hollywood Fixer.

In fact, when Jill, husband Bobby, and daughter Ally bumped into Bethenny last summer, it was all love. "She had a private conversation with [my daughter] Ally. She danced with Bobby," Jill shares.

The feelings of civility were definitely returned by Bethenny during a one-on-one sit down with Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live. She told Andy that she had "no ill will" toward Jill and, "I wish her the best."

It was an act of maturity that Jill certainly appreciated. "She was very nice about us," she says. "Bobby always liked her. There was never a problem with them. Honestly? It was such a nothing fight that if we were really...real friends make up. Let's put it that way. And unfortunately what happened, happened."

So will Jill be an avid watcher of this season's RHONY then? Though she admits she's "moved on" and is "so past that part of my TV career," she also confesses that "when the show comes back on TV, I get sucked in whether I like it or not—into drama that I have nothing to do with."

Joe Giudice Gets Fined 10K And Two Year License Suspension In Driver’s License Sentencing!

On Thursday, April 2, Real Housewives of New Jersey star Joe Giudice appeared in front of a judge where he was sentenced for using a fake driver’s license. Giudice pleaded guilty to using his brother’s license at the sentencing.

Passaic County Judge Adam E. Jacobs imposed the maximum penalty on Giudice for possessing a fraudulent driver's license -- a two-year license suspension and a $10,000 fine.

Giudice was initially charged with using his brother's identification to get a driver's license while his own was suspended due to a DUI, which carries up to 10 years in prison. Under the plea deal, Giudice got an 18-month jail sentence, but he will serve that concurrently with his 41-month federal sentence for bankruptcy fraud and conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud, reports nj.com.

Given Giudice's driving record, which includes 39 license suspensions, the judge admitted he "came close" to rejecting the plea deal altogether. But considering the amount of time the case has dragged on -- more than four years -- and the resources that would be required to bring it to trial, he decided to okay the agreement.

via NJ.com

"If you so much as back down your driveway ... that will constitute a violation of the conditions of your release, of your bail, and it will result in you being remanded immediately to Passaic County Jail," Jacobs said.

Giudice let lawyer Miles Feinstein speak for him throughout most of the hearing, but he did ask the judge if he would be allowed to drive his four daughters to the end of the driveway to pick up the bus to school.

"I don't know how long your driveway is ...," Jacobs said.

Giudice: "It's long."

Jacobs: "I can't have you driving a vehicle. Walk with them down the road."

After the hearing, Feinstein said Giudice was "upbeat," although the loss of his driving privileges would be a hardship. He says the reality show star is making arrangements for relatives, co-workers and others to chauffeur him and his daughters around.

Real Housewives of Atlanta stars NeNe Leakes and Kim Zolciak are dishing on their new show 'NeNe and Kim: The Road To Riches.' The reality stars will be road-tripping from Atlanta to Los Angeles in the show, which will air on Bravo.

"It will be good not having anyone interfering with NeNe and I," Kim shares with E! News. "We're back to where we started twelve years ago, no other noise. No other people talking nonsense. It will just be her and I and we have a really good time."

NeNe couldn't agree more. "One of the things I'm most excited about is working with Kim, just the two of us," she explains. "I just left Housewives where I was working with like, six monsters."

We've witnessed their friendship go through some pretty intense ups and downs. But as NeNe explains, that's the nature of the beast when it comes to RHOA. "Working on a show like [Real Housewives] tears friendships apart," she says. "It's hard."

So if you're looking to find some major drama go down, Kim assures that you should look elsewhere. "Enough is enough," she says. "People get tired of watching the drama. Like, I love my life, she loves her life, we've both been very successful. We're just going to have fun. It will be good for me to get away, all the kiddos, get a break."

Not to say that there won't be any disagreements, of course. "I'm sure Kim and I will die," NeNe jokes. "Like, Kim's going to want to walk down the stairs and I'm going to want to take the elevator." And you might see some bickering when it comes to sharing. "She's going to want to wear my wig and I'm going to want to wear hers," Kim says. "We got into little arguments but we always worked it out."

Judge Orders Former RHOV Star Jody Claman To Pay Special Court Costs In Divorce Trial For ‘Deception’

According to a new report, former Real Housewives of Vancouver star Jody Claman has been ordered to pay special court costs to her ex-husband for trying to 'manipulate' and 'lie' to a B.C. Supreme Court judge during their divorce trail.

Eran Friedlander claimed in a submission his ex-wife deserves "reproof or rebuke" for trying to mislead and deceive the court, disobeying court orders, using delay tactics and failing to disclose and dissipating assets. Judge Miriam Gropper agreed, referring the issue to a registrar who will determine just how much Claman now owes, reports the Province.

"Ms. Claman's actions point to more than a mere finding against her credibility," said Gropper.

"I find that she deliberately attempted to mislead and deceive the court on numerous occasions and that such deception, when viewed along with the conduct described below, justifies an award of special costs against Ms. Claman."

Gropper said Claman alleged — sometimes in the presence of the couple's child — that Friedlander did not financially support their daughter, drove the girl to school drunk, hit her in the face with an iPad, sexually abused the child and had gangland ties.

"After making these allegations, Ms. Claman admitted in her closing submission that Mr. Friedlander is an excellent father," said Gropper.

Citing another example, Gropper said Claman diminished the amount she was paid as a cast member of the TV show.

"She did not declare it as income on her financial statements or in her income tax return," said Gropper.
Claman "deliberately and persistently" failed to comply with court obligations to produce documents, commented on Friedlander's parenting abilities in the presence of their daughter despite a court order prohibiting such comments, and used delay tactics.

The judge said the failure to disclose documents "was not inadvertent," but was persistent, deliberate and deserving of rebuke and an award of special costs.

Raising mitigating circumstances, Gropper said Claman tried to manipulate and was not candid with a doctor who was writing a court report. She noted Friedlander had to call witnesses to court to address unfounded allegations.

Gropper dismissed Claman's hardship claim, noting she "is probably concealing assets."

In an earlier ruling, Gropper awarded the pair joint custody and shared guardianship of their daughter but gave Friedlander the final say on educational, cultural, linguistic and spiritual issues.

She ordered Claman to pay Friedlander $593,893 for family assets and $9,800 for special and extraordinary expenses. Gropper also dismissed Claman's claim for spousal support.

The registrar hasn't yet determined the special costs.

After years of feuding with her ex husband Eddie Cibrian and his second wife, LeAnn Rimes, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville reveals in an exclusive interview that they may have finally buried the hatchet and are in a good place.

"Things are currently going OK!" Brandi tells In Touch. "It's really nice and very weird because the tide has been smooth for a little while now. It worries me that something crazy's about to happen because usually it ebbs and flows."

One thing that brings the two women together: Brandi's sons, who spend time with Eddie and LeAnn. Back in 2014, Brandi told the Daily Dish that the two women "are always fine in public situations. Never ever a problem...people make stuff up. I mean, we don't really talk, but it's still a non-issue."

Two years later, Brandi is optimistic that the three adults can continue to be civil. "I hope it continues to stay cool like this," Brandi says. And we do too!

Former Dublin Wives star Virginia Macari's fiance Kaste Dahl is speaking out about his current legal troubles. The Norwegian businessman believes he won't serve any jail time despite pleading guilty to €4.15m fraud charges.

Dahll was convicted of 17 counts of loan fraud in connection with a holiday cabin property located in southern Norway last month. However, speaking from his Marbella home, he said it was "unlikely" he would serve any jail time despite being handed a sentence of two years and eight months.

"My lawyers are still working to resolve this, Dahl tells The Herald. "What has been written has been wildly exaggerated. It is unlikely that I will serve any time [in jail]," he said.

Despite his legal troubles he said "everything in my life is normal". "That's all I want to say other than I love Virginia," he said.

"She is a great woman who has given me her unwavering support throughout this ordeal which is a lot more complicated than has been reported in the Irish media," he added.

The Dublin Wives star met Dahl in 2009 and the pair became engaged in 2012. They have one son, Thor, who is two years old.

Now living in glamorous Marbella, the couple jet home to Dublin often and are already planning their next trip to the capital for next month.

Virginia, who is best known for TV shows Dublin Wives and Celebrity Salon, has stood by her other half during the controversy. In November, she echoed his confidence that he would spend no time behind bars.

"Kas's subjective guilt is still to be determined. I know he 100% won't be going to prison. He was charged with giving the wrong info to the bank," she sad at the time. "He has regrets. I know he has a past and I certainly do not condone criminal activity," she said.

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice has been incarcerated for nearly three months, but this week fans were given a glimpse into her life in the Danbury, Conn. facility where she's serving a 15 month sentence.

Posing on the cover of Us Weekly with husband Joe and daughters Gabriella, Gia, Audriana, and Milania, the magazine offered a first look into what life is like for Teresa now—and her family. So what did she think of the story?

"I met with Teresa today and brought the magazine to show her," James J. Leonard, Jr., shares with E! News. "She got very emotional and actually started to cry when she saw the photos of Joe at home with the girls."

Teresa has been attempting to keep a somewhat normal routine inside. Aside from hitting the gym after every meal, she's also been in constant touch with her family via email and phone calls.

And while Teresa has her share of detractors, she's taking any criticism in stride. "She said to me, 'If I look good, I get criticized for looking too good. If I look bad, I get criticized for looking terrible,'" her lawyer explains. "Either way, she can't win. So it really doesn't bother her."

Vanderpump Rules star Kristen Doute has moved into her very own Hollywood pad since leaving the apartment she shared with ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval. In a recent interview, the former SURver shared details of her new apartment exclusively with Us Weekly!

"This apartment is my very first space completely on my own," the Vanderpump Rules star tells Us. After moving out of her apartment with Sandoval in January 2014, Doute, 32, lived in a temporary apartment and crashed with current boyfriend, costar James Kennedy, before finding her new apartment in September. “It was overwhelming moving in by myself, but also so liberating. It was a blank canvas in more ways than one. Not only did I get to decorate my space however I wanted, it was also a chance to start over with new memories and new, positive energy.”

Doute reveals she stayed within her budget by incorporating personal photographs, favorite poems, DIY and flea market finds into her industrial blend décor home. "Pinterest guided me through decorating,” she reveals. "The mixed media painting above my couch, Carmen [Dickman, on-again, off-again girlfriend of Vanderpump Rules' costar Jax Taylor] and I painted. The canvases in my dining room I did with scrapbook paper and Mod Podge.”

Another personal touch is the chalkboard in the kitchen, where Kennedy loves to leave her little notes! "He stays over a lot, but I’m not ready to live with anyone," the former Sur employee dishes of her boyfriend of over a year. "I think it’s important for me to really work on me. It’s proven to be healthy for our relationship."

One more thing that’s been healthy for their relationship? "I wake up every morning with a smile on my face knowing that I no longer live in a total dump cleaning up after someone else!"
