This season's Real Housewives of Orange County Ireland trip will be one to remember for many reasons, one of which is that Tamra Judge and Kelly Dodd got into a heated argument after the newbie brought up Tamra's daughter. Now, Judge explains why Dodd bringing up her daughter stung so much.
The mother-of-four previously revealed during last season's reunion that she hadn't seen her eldest daughter Sidney after she decided to live with her dad, Tamra's ex-husband Simon Barney, full-time.
However, one caller during Monday night's Watch What Happens Live After Show wondered why Tamra had such a strong reaction to Kelly's comments when she has talked about the children of RHOC alums on the show in the past. "I apologize if I ever spoke about anybody's kids," Tamra said (clip below). "I mean, my situation is a very sensitive one. It's about parental alienation. If you've ever witnessed it or been a victim of it, you would know. It's a bad thing."
Tamra previously opened up to The Daily Dish about why she decided to talk about her family struggles during last season's reunion, as well as share them with Kelly earlier this season. "It's hard for me to talk about. It breaks my heart," she said. "It was something I really wanted to keep off the show, and it's so big in my life that it's just too hard. And I feel like at this point if I can help others go through it, because divorce and when kids separate and pick sides, it's not uncommon. But people don't want to talk about it because they feel like, oh they're a failure."
