Earlier today Bravo released the official Season 6 trailer of
The Real Housewives of New Jersey which will premiere on Sunday, July 13th. As we previously reported, the cast for this season will include veterans Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga and the return of Dina Manzo. Joining them are Amber Marchese, Nicole Mauriello and Teresa Aprea. Kathy Wakile along with her sister Rosie Pierri will be making cameo appearances throughout the season. "This season, Teresa and her husband, Joe, fight to keep their family intact as they embark on a very public legal battle for their freedom. Teresa's oldest friend and veteran Housewife, Dina, returns to help her soul-sister, but ends up revealing her own private pain. With a divorce on the horizon and her daughter, Lexi, heading off to college, Dina attempts to face her fear of dating in the 21st century. Things do not come up smelling like roses this season for Melissa, as she partners with her husband, Joe Gorga, hoping to begin a career in the sanitation business. Melissa's friend from the past, Amber, a no-nonsense Jersey native and breast cancer survivor, tries to rekindle their friendship, but stirs up trouble in the process. Nicole and Teresa are identical twins with an over-the-top Neapolitan style. Teresa and her husband, Rino, own one of the most prestigious Italian restaurants in Little Italy. Nicole is a two-time divorcee, struggling to balance her career as a jet broker and her new relationship with a man her family doesn't approve of. The six 'Wives begin to form a strong bond, but when shocking rumors of infidelity and backstabbing surface, it threatens to tear their friendships to pieces."

has been a lifelong resident of the great state of New Jersey, living in the breathtaking, equestrian town of Colts Neck for the past 10 years. She is married to an unbelievable, caring, supportive man, James Marchese. They have a solid, loving relationship, with a typical fiery Italian side to their marriage. Amber is the mother to Corbin and Isabella and stepmother to Michael and Sebastian. The four kids keep Amber on her toes. She puts her family above everything else and ingrains in them traditional values; such as faith in God, proper etiquette, discipline, as well as the importance of a first rate education.
Amber graduated with a BA, then acquired a Masters in Bio-Behavioral Studies/Exercise Physiology from Columbia University. She has a passion for health and fitness and has created her own fitness brand called Vici fitness. Vici literally mean to “conquer” and is a metaphor, as Amber conquers all challenges and interests.
Diagnosed with breast cancer at 31-years-old, she underwent a double mastectomy and a year and a half of chemotherapy; all while caring for a two-year-old and one-year-old, as well as her stepchildren. She has been in remission for five years, and attributes being a better mother, wife, and person to her battle with cancer. Amber is a philanthropist who donates time and money to countless charities raising awareness for young women with cancer and assisting them with the emotional and financial impact of the disease. Amber’s battle inspired her to pursue a lifelong dream of acting. She has completed years of acting classes, has appeared in several commercials, and filmed a TV episode for the Food Network. The sky is the limit for her, and she plans on conquering the acting world and having a blast with it!
Amber describes herself as an intensely passionate person who is outgoing, fun, and occasionally downright silly. Her faith, integrity, love, and sincerity are driven by a never surrender, never retreat drive to be a better person. Her fire is evident in everything she does and is an inspiration to many. However, it also creates conflict with others and when that happens…watch out!
Dina Manzo, the youngest of 11 children, was born in Brooklyn, NY. From the age of six, she has called the suburbs of New Jersey her home. While raised Catholic, the journey of adulthood inspired her to dive deeper into spirituality, exploring many traditions and paths to peace. This spiritual energy is at the heart everything she does -- from running her design and event planning company, to giving back to the community, and of course raising her beautiful 18-year-old daughter, Alexia.
Motherhood and her passion for philanthropy inspired her to proudly found Project Ladybug, a 501c3 non-profit organization. To date, Project Ladybug has raised over one million dollars to help children with cancer. Dina also has great love for the care and protection of animals. Her two-legged rescue pup, Gracie, inspires her each day to be a dedicated advocate for animal adoption and rescue.
After appearing on Season 1 and part of Season 2 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Dina took a break from Bravo. She took advantage of this quality time to focus on Alexia, to grow Project Ladybug, and to enjoy two seasons of her own show on HGTV called Dina's Party. She returns to Bravo with renewed enthusiasm, a desire to share her personal growth, and a hope that others will be inspired to start, or continue, their own journey.
Melissa Gorga is a fun-loving and sassy Italian from New Jersey. She and her charismatic husband, Joe Gorga, have been married for almost ten years and have three beautiful children -- Antonia, 8, Gino, 6, and Joey, 4. Melissa defines what it is to be a modern housewife. With multiple hit singles topping the iTunes dance charts and the release of her first book, Love Italian Style, the vivacious mother of three high-energy kids makes it all look easy.
Known for her playful style, this fashionista is launching a new jewelry line called the Melissa Gorga Collection, which will debut exclusively on HSN in July. Nicole Mauriello is just one of a set of spectacularly sexy, fashionable twins. She and her twin sister, Teresa, are inseparable and enjoy eating, shopping, and hanging out together. Teresa Aprea, a resident of Colts Neck, NJ, is one half of a dynamic set of twins. Her twin sister, Nicole, is her best friend and together they exude positive energy, love, and are always ready for a party. Teresa lives with her husband, Rino, and their unbelievable son, Giovanni, 18. Teresa first married her husband Rino back in 1991, later divorced, and after 11 years apart did it all over again -- at a New Year’s Eve bash in 2010 they remarried in their home.
In her free time she helps her husband run their award-winning restaurants. They own Angelo’s of Mulberry Street (a true landmark, family-owned for years, and even Presidents have dined there), and Areo in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. As of four years ago, they acquired Ponte Vecchi, in Bay Ridge, which they have renovated and designed with flare and phenomenal taste. It is the hottest restaurant and THE place to be seen in Brooklyn, always filled with characters!
Teresa loves to travel from one end of the globe to the next. She believes there is nothing better than traveling the world with family and meeting new and interesting people along the way. Her most memorable trip was a three and a half hour flight on the Concord to Paris, the city of lights and love, but more importantly the FASHION!
Teresa’s flare for fashion and unending amount of style are only overshadowed by her abundant amount of great energy and charisma. Fashion, energy, and personality make her a magnetic force that cannot be stopped. She loves planning amazing soirées and dinner parties with lots of friends and interesting people.
Teresa is a strong and positive woman, who is all about love and having a good time with family and friends!
Teresa Giudice is a true Jersey Girl born and raised. The daughter of Italian immigrants, she grew up in Paterson, New Jersey, where she met Joe, her loving husband of 13 years. Teresa devotes herself to her four beautiful daughters -- Gia, Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana.
A graduate of Berkeley College with a degree in Fashion Marketing and Management, Teresa is an inspirational working mom. She launched her own professional hair care line, Milania, and a line of bottled bellinis, Fabellini. She will soon introduce a line of ready-to-use gourmet foods straight from Italy, Skinny Italian-Fabulicious Foods, as well as Fabulicious Desserts. Teresa has also taken the publishing world by storm with her three New York Times bestselling cookbooks Skinny Italian, Fabulicious!, and Fabulicious! Fast & Fit. Her fourth book, Fabulicious! On the Grill will be released in May.
In 2012, Teresa showcased her business savvy by starring on NBC's hit show Celebrity Apprentice where she raised $70k for the charity NephCure.
