Jackie Gillies On The Cover Of Australian Content Magazine!

Shine Shine Shine! Real Housewives of Melbourne star Jackie Gillies recently landed the cover of Australian Content Magazine's July Issue. On the latest magazine issue, Jackie talks about life, her marriage, her psychic profession and drama the centers being a 'Real Housewife.'“You can have it all, if you really believe you deserve it,” says Jackie Gillies, “I came from humble beginnings and I envisaged my future. I put it to the universe and fought for it, and here I am now. It’s not about the pink diamonds, the travelling, or the foreign houses, although they are nice. It’s about having faith in your passions, listening to your intuition and overcoming your fears. Only then can your dream life manifest.”

Jackie grew up in a strict traditional Croatian family setting in Newcastle, Jackie grew up with a lot of love surrounding her however she also learned the meaning of hard work from her father - “My father arrived in Australia from Croatia with $5 in his pocket and I watched him make a life for himself,” reveals Jackie. “It was hard work and he overcame many challenges. It showed me that we are capable of changing our destiny if we want to. Consequently, as a child I used to create vision boards of the things I wanted to achieve in life, much to my family’s amusement. But to this day, I have completed every single one of those goals I mapped on those boards. And it’s no coincidence. I made it happen.”

“When I was 17, I packed my bags and went overseas. I wanted to spread my wings and start my coming of age. My eyes were opened. So when I returned to Australia, I moved to Sydney and began a career in corporate banking. I was one of the youngest in the team at 18 years old, but it didn’t scare me. I lapped up the exposure to the big city and the corporate world, and grew up in a major way. I was naïve for my age, and so it was a much-needed stepping stone in my life at that time.”

Jackie opens up about how she realized she had a gift and her early beginnings as a psychic.

“One day, I sat with my head in my hands and yelled to the universe, asking it to show me what my path was. And it was then I saw an angel for the first time. Such was the beginning of my realisation of my psychic ability. The next day, I started seeing visions connected to people and situations, and I was blown away. Looking back, I had had this gift all my life, I just hadn’t recognised it. I now knew what I had to do.”

With growing confidence in the power of her spiritual intuition, Jackie soon began doing readings for friends and word quickly got around of Jackie’s unique ability. Before long, she was booked out for months in advance, her clients amazed by they way she could tap into their pasts and futures, innately knowing what would guide them to be a better tomorrow. And so marked the beginning of her professional psychic career.

“If you had told me I was going to become a psychic when I was younger, I would have laughed,” smiles Jackie. “I’m not your typical hippy clairvoyant. But it turns out both my mum and dad have the gift too. In fact, I believe everyone has a psychic ability – it is intuition in an intense form. But you have to be open in order to release it and harness it. I knew this was what I was put here to do.”

And in this way, Jackie left the corporate banking world in furtherance of what she understood to be her true calling. It was a risk, but one which paid off as Jackie felt at peace with herself for the first time in ages. It was to be nearly a decade before TV came calling.

“I was sitting at home watching The Real Housewives of New York with Ben, when I suddenly felt a connection to the show. I turned to Ben and told him, ‘I’m going to be on a show like this’. He smirked. A few days later, I received a phone call out of the blue from my dear friend Henry Roth (star of Project Runway Australia on Foxtel), who told me he had put me forward to the executive producer of a new show, Real Housewives of Melbourne. I knew it was meant to be. I had always wanted to inspire others to be themselves, and being on such a platform was going to let me do this.”

The Real Housewives of Melbourne premiered on 23 February 2014 on Arena and became Foxtel’s highest rating reality production ever and the second biggest local series launch to date. Jackie hasn’t looked back.

“What you see is what is happening on Real Housewives. We are all actually like that! Janet [Roach] and I have become firm friends and we have each other’s backs.”

But it hasn’t always been a bed of roses for Jackie, who has encountered moments of being judged and ridiculed on the show. However, in true Jackie-style, it’s water off a duck’s back.

“I will always remain true to myself and I refuse to change,” confirms Jackie. “In life, we come up against people and obstacles, and it is up to us how we deal with them. Our perception is everything. If we choose to believe in ourselves and be strong, then that is all that matters.”

And Jackie hasn’t stopped there, launching her own much-loved business in the form of her ready-to-serve cocktail line, La Mascara, in 2013, which is now in every Dan Murphy’s in the country.

“I always wanted to create a brand and alcohol beverage, and so it is incredible that now I have! I am lucky that I have had such amazing support in doing so.

“There was initially some debate as to the type of drink I was going to produce, as Ben wanted to go with tequila (he’s such a typical rock star!), but I knew that if I was going to start my own venture, it had to be true to who I was and authentic to my personality. I like drinking cocktails and dancing, so it was natural for me to base my business on this. I think doing something you know and love is the key to any business idea. And anyone can do it. Oprah Winfrey came from nothing, but invested in herself. It’s not about making money. It’s about doing what feels right for you and your journey.”

Is Taylor Armstrong Returning To The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills?

Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Taylor Armstrong is leaving the simple life in Colorado and is moving back to Beverly Hills with new hubby John Bluher. Does this mean she's returning to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills? Read on to find out!

Taylor and John have been living in Colorado together ever since getting married earlier this year, but an insider tells RadarOnline.com that “Taylor finally wore John down, and he has agreed to move back to Beverly Hills with her daughter, Kennedy.”

“She is obsessed with fame, and misses being on camera,” the insider continues. “She would love to appear on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills again, and feels that she has a compelling storyline because she is a newlywed. Deep down, John should have known that Taylor would never be happy living in Colorado.”

With reports coming out that former stars Camille Grammer and Adrienne Maloof will be returning to RHOBH in limited roles, this could be also be a possibility for Taylor to return as well. Most recently, Camille, Adrienne and Taylor all attended Kyle's infamous white party which was filmed for the upcoming season.

The source goes on to say that the relocation will force John to move “away from his children,” all of whom live with his ex-wife. But don’t worry! Being an amazing parent herself, Taylor says John’s kids are always welcome and they’ll even have their own rooms.

While Taylor and John’s wedding was filmed for WE TV's David Tutera's CELEBrations, Taylor’s return to the Bravo franchise seems like the obvious next move. She was, after all, just at Kyle Richards’s annual white party the other night along with Camille and Adrienne.

I so want the original line-up to come back, in my opinion the first two seasons were the best.

Meet The Rumored Ladies Joining The Second Season Of The Real Housewives Of Melbourne!

After the massive success of the first season of The Real Housewives of Melbourne and with the second season gearing up, rumors are building around just who will return for another round of cat fighting, Chinese whispers and c-words, and who the new faces might be. The original six housewives- Andrea Moss, Jackie Gillies, Lydia Schiavello, Gina Liano, Chyka Keebaugh, and Janet Roach- ended season one with some in tense standoffs. But new cast members may cause even more rifts.

Original Housewife and barrister Gina Liano has made it clear she will only return if her rival Andrea Moss does not. But it seems the town might not be big enough for the two of them anyway, a few months ago it and with strong rumors that producers are looking to replace one - or even more - of the wives. Meet the rumored ladies joining the second season of The Real Housewives of Melbourne below!

One woman who's a constant in the speculation is Gamble Breaux, a high-profile former model from Melbourne who is sure to keep viewers entertained - if her colourful past is anything to go by. In 2009 Gamble and her former lover, Kjerulf Ainsworth went to court to battle over who owned a Mercedes worth almost $200,000, and the case got so personal the judge described the case as something out of Days of Our Lives.

Since then, Gamble has fallen in love with top Melbourne doctor Rick Wolfe, who is a pioneer of LASIK and ASLA laser eye surgery at his clinic Vista Eyes in Mornington. His work as one of Australia's most respected surgeons has enabled patients around country to improve their vision and quality of life.

Gamble is also close friends - and works -with renowned artist Charles Billich and his wife Christa, who recently presented artwork personally to Prince Albert for the Royal Art Collection in Monaco.
Not only that, but Gamble as well is a huge fan of the Housewives, dedicated to watching episodes of the local and international series and even posing for fan pics with cast member Andrea Moss.

Besides Gamble, designer and stylist Lisa Tonkin is another name rumored to be a finalist amongst the approximately 100 prominent Melbourne ladies who have been considered, Lisa, an Australian businesswoman whose eponymous homewares line is run though Target, describes herself on Twitter as a 'workaholic' while her website says she 'mysteriously maintains a constant tan, even in winter,' and 'can survive on fairy bread, good hair days and gratitude alone.'

Lisa T's ranges of jars, plant holders water jugs come in Vintage Cafe Collection or Cape York Collection.
She's another fan of the series, having hosted the party for Andrea Moss where Gamble was introduced to her idol - not to mention Lisa reportedly made a brief appearance in an episode that focused on the book launch of Andrea Moss.

A third contender in the mix may be jewelry designer Susannah Fairley, whose collection has been commented on by celebs like US TV host Ellen DeGeneres and won Megan Gale as a fan when the two met by chance in a Qantas lounge and got to chatting.

Although Susannah says she has not been formally approached, she would be an obvious choice as her high-end business already sees her rubbing shoulders with celebs.

Susannah had even won a fan two Real Housewifves of Beverly Hills, Gigi Hadid and Yolanda Foster.
'I am certainly a fan of the Housewives franchise and proud that several of the housewives wear FAIRLEY jewellery,' Susannah told the Daily Mail Australia. Her pieces were even reportedly worn on by women on the first season of the Australian show.

Kandi Burruss Dishes On Her Wedding: "Our Wedding Turned Out Awesome!"

$

The season finale of Kandi’s Wedding aired Sunday night on Bravo as we all witnessed Kandi and Todd's big Coming To America dream wedding turn into a reality. Now, Kandi is dishing about her big day and reveals the one thing she would have done differently and more exclusively to Bravo. Check it out!

Bravotv.com: What did you think when Todd didn't show up to the rehearsal dinner?
Kandi Burruss: Obviously I was thinking, "OK look, are we getting married tomorrow?" Because in my mind we were set -- if we're not doing this pre-nup, we're not getting married. People think that I'm harsh for the whole pre-nup thing, but it is what it is. You only really need it if things fall apart, so at that point if it does fall apart, then you want to have something that is iron-clad. That's just how it works.

The attorney that Todd was using was Porsha's attorney and he also was NeNe's attorney. This is the way I looked at it -- he didn't work out too well for Porsha, and with NeNe, Gregg signed their pre-nup the day of the wedding too. Clearly his attorney doesn't think that's a problem.

Bravotv.com: Were you relieved when Todd came over to work out the pre-nup?
Kandi: I definitely was relieved. Definitely. It's that unsure feeling that's so stressful, when you don't really know what is happening and what we're doing. For him to come in the middle of the night...it put all of that to rest for me.

Bravotv.com: Were you nervous at all the day of the wedding?
Kandi: It's weird, I was totally calm. I thought was going to be shaking and have all those crazy jitters, but I just felt calm and happy, because everything was coming together.

Bravotv.com: How did it feel walking down the aisle?
Kandi: As I was walking down the aisle, I could not stop smiling. I lose control when I'm too excited or too happy, so I was grinning the whole time. And I hate when I do that, because I look back at the pictures and I'm like, "Oh my god, I look crazy!"

Bravotv.com: Did everything turn out as you envisioned?
Kandi: Our wedding turned out awesome. Everything was awesome, but I would have set the time later so that people wouldn't have been sitting there waiting so long for it to start. We told everyone to be there at five o'clock knowing that wedding was not going to start until seven. But then I realized that Reco wouldn't even have the dresses done, which made our seven o'clock time turn into almost nine o'clock. So people had been sitting there from five o'clock to nine o'clock! It was crazy.

Bravotv.com: Are you and Todd thinking about having kids?
Kandi: Todd and I definitely want to have children. But it hasn't happened yet. So I don't know what we're doing wrong, but hopefully it will come together soon. I will not give out any potential names, because every time I say a name that I like, somebody else gets it.

Great news Mob Wives fans, cast member Renee Graziano revealed on her Twitter account that the new season will air sometime in December 2014. When a Twitter user said he couldn't wait until she returned on the show, Graziano wrote back "We r back on in dec!!"

Fans knew that Mob Wives was filming because stars such as Big Ang had announced that on their Twitter accounts, but no premiere date had been announced by VH1 for the fifth season of the show.

Star Alicia DiMichele left Mob Wives after Season 4 due to legal troubles, although there were reports recently that VH1 still wants her to make an appearance because the show is currently "boring."

"Producers are still reaching out to Alicia DiMichele to come back to the show," a source told the blog All About The Real Housewives. They miss her, but she it's not happening right now. She's focusing on her family and has no desire to film.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards and her luxury real estate agent Mauricio Umansky, have bought a getaway home in La Quinta, California for $2.35 million. An over-the-top whole-house stereo system includes 10 televisions, 28 speakers and six control pads, according to listing details.

Among rooms in the 5,843 square feet of living space are a den/office, a gym, living and family rooms, six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

Electric pocket doors open to a patio with an overhang and a built-in barbecue. A guest casita, a swimming pool with a waterfall and a spa complete the quarter-acre grounds.

All those upgrades didn’t come cheap. The onetime foreclosure, built in 2008, previously sold in 2011 for $1.3 million.

An "average Joe" buyer putting $822,500 (35%) down and financing $1,527,500 would have monthly payments of about $7,400 at a 4.15% fixed rate for 30 years, according to Foothill Ranch-based independent lender loanDepot. Kyle and Umansky put more down, financing $1.35 million.

The couple owns another home in Bel-Air and as you all witnessed a house in Palm Desert, California which has been featured on RHOBH. Palm Desert and La Quinta are in the same area which is part of my hometown which is the Coachella Valley, Palm Springs area. Welcome to the valley once again Kyle.

What do you think of Kyle's new house?!

Lisa Rinna Joins The Fifth Season Of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills!

Lisa Rinna is reportedly becoming a Bravolebrity. According to Radar Online, the 50-year-old actress, who is married to Harry Hamlin, will be joining the fifth season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and according to the website, the drama with her fellow cast mates is already beginning.

Rinna’s decision comes after she made a trial run in front of the cameras at Kyle Richards’ White Party in late June. And while she was clearly a hit with the Bravo producers, who decided to make the formal offer the finally accepted, Rinna didn’t exactly win over all the members of the cast.

The website is also reporting that Brandi Glanville is not pleased with the news.

An insider tells Radar, “Lisa is getting along with many of the ladies, with the exception of Brandi and Yolanda Foster. Brandi’s problem with Lisa is that she is happily married, and has two beautiful daughters. According to Brandi, Lisa has the perfect life, and she is very jealous of that.”

Last week, Glanville refuted the rumors on Twitter insisting, “I’ve met Lisa Rinna several times & she was lovely & I would never be anything but happy for people with great families! #fact”

Bravo declined to comment on whether or not Rinna had joined the cast.

Lizzie Rovsek Dishes On Her Business: I Take Sun Kitten Swimwear Very Seriously!

Lizzie Rovsek is taking to her Bravo Blog to dish on this week's episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County. Lizzie opens up about what it's like running a successfuly swimwear line and weighs in on Shannon and David's time in Mexico. Lizzie writes:

"I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend and had a great 4th of July! We had a fabulous weekend celebrating the holiday and Preston's birthday with family and friends.

Tonight you see more of Sun Kitten Swimwear and you get to meet my amazing sales rep, Trisha Kohlmeyer. Up until this year I have literally been a one-woman show. I designed, sold, operated and promoted the line all on my own since 2010. I had an online store and spent quite a bit of money promoting my line. You may have seen Sun Kitten Swimwear showcased on the Marie Osmond Show on the Hallmark channel or on Million Dollar Listing as Sun Kitten was the official sponsor for Miss Malibu USA. Sun Kitten sponsored quite a few pageants and contestants competed in my swimwear. Sun Kitten has been like my third baby to some extent. I created it, gave it direction, cultivated the line and I'm now ready to see Sun Kitten move out of the house and travel abroad... Literally! Like I said, Sun Kitten was an online store, and was carried by only a few small boutiques across the country. Now, my goal has been to get Sun Kitten into stores nationwide and even worldwide. My sales rep, Trisha, has been in the business over eight years and is a hard worker not to mention great at what she does. I'm happy to announce that not only did we make the sale to Molly Browns Swimwear in their three locations (Newport, Laguna, Vegas) and online, but we have also been picked up several stores across the U.S. and even the Dominican Republic.

I mentioned tonight that my swimsuits are made here in the U.S. (Orange County to be exact) and my fabrics are all imported from Italy. Many of my solids are Carvico, which I mentioned on the show, and I also use Eurojersey for the majority of my prints. Although my father helped with the capital to start Sun Kitten Swimwear, it didn't come without hard work. I have a degree in Fashion Design and my dad even had me submit a business plan to him. He has instilled in each of his children a great work ethic and the desire to follow our dreams. I feel very fortunate and blessed that my dad could afford to help me as he does with both my brother and sister in our business ventures. I take Sun Kitten very seriously and I am ready for everyone to take me seriously, too.

I am currently finishing up my new collection for Resort/2015. We will be doing our photo shoot this month for the upcoming collection. I am really excited to launch new styles and fabrics. I will also be introducing, for the first time, bikini tops that incorporate underwire and padding. I can't wait to showcase the new line, so stay tuned!!

It was bittersweet watching Shannon and David have lunch on the rocks in Puerto Vallarta. I remember being in that very spot with Christian when we were 22. We went on a trip to Puerto Vallarta the first year we met. I immediately recognized the restaurant and those rocks. Christian and I were so in love when we were there climbing on those rocks. It was a different time in our life."

Shannon Beador On Her Marriage: David And I Are Working On Improving Our Relationship!

$

Shannon Beador is taking to her Bravo Blog to dish on this week's episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County. Shannon reveals that both she and David have learned from their mistakes and are successfully moving forward. Shannon writes:

"Aloha from Hawaii! I am so happy that you finally get to see what is the beginning of a turning point in my marriage! What starts out to be a tough episode ends with hope for healing in my marriage and I am truly grateful for that!

I probably had one of the most emotional weeks of my life after David sent me the infamous email. Typically I am a pretty strong and secure person, but you can see that I have become insecure, especially about my marriage. Brooks had some great advice at dinner by saying to forget the past because I have to focus on my future and my marriage.

Going dancing at Andeles was exactly the right prescription for David and I. As much as I love for David to be "fun David," David also loves it when I am fun. I can be quite crazy and have danced on my fair share of stages and tables when I have been out with David or friends. I'm glad you get to see that. What I am not so proud of, however, are my not-so-pretty dance moves. Yikes!

I grew up with horses and rode all of time so I couldn't believe that I was a little nervous to get on a horse again! David and I were surprised that Vicki had set a special lunch for us because we had a late one the night before and wanted to take a little nap! It was incredibly thoughtful that she set everything up and as you see, we opened up quite a bit and had a very honest and raw conversation about our relationship and our future. It is not fun to watch my marriage played back when we were in a rough spot. But if we can learn from it (and we both have), then the good outweighs the bad!

I don't like that I have been complaining to my husband about spending time with me. I feel as though we are roommates and I want so much more. David tells me that he is tired of hearing that I want more time with him. If I didn't point it out, nothing changed, so I thought if I kept reminding him, he would finally respond. As you heard, my complaining only made him withdraw more.

It was hard to hear that David was not happy. We both want the same things -- to feel loved by our spouse -- yet somehow we have not been achieving that goal at all. David is right, that with forgiveness, we can heal our marriage and we are doing it better and better each day. We need to communicate differently and today we are doing it in a more open and honest manner.

I am grateful for Vicki's friendship and time we spent together in Puerto Vallarta. I was able to see how happy she is when she spends time with Brooks and I will continue to be supportive of my friend's relationship and her choices.

It made me sad to hear that Vicki has had her own trust issues with Tamra. David was quite disappointed with Tamra's betrayal because he was becoming very close to Tamra and Eddie as well. It was frustrating to see Tamra again try to explain away what she did. The bottom line is that there is no valid excuse for betraying my trust, especially to Heather.

I am excited that you will be able to get a glimpse into David and I working on and improving our relationship in the coming episodes. We are in Hawaii now for nine days BY OURSELVES so we have been off to a good start! Aloha! XO"

Vicki Gunvalson's Advise To Shannon And David Beador: "Listen To Each Other's Needs And Keep The Communication Lines Open"

$

Vicki Gunvalson is taking to her Bravo Blog to dish on this week's episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County. Having been there herself, Vicki knows what it takes to keep open honesty going in a marriage. She shares her advice with Shannon and David and weights in on Tamra and Eddie's relationship. Vicki writes:

"Adios, Amigos -- goodbye, Puerto Vallarta.

Tonight's episode was the conclusion of our trip to Puerto Vallarta. It was fun for me to take our group to Paso Ancho where I have a lot of friends who live there. It's a small village town outside of the town of Puerto Vallarta and I have known the owner of the horses for over 25 years. I have a lot of history in that tiny village and even bought those horses that we rode on for my friend so he could have a business and make a living. I used to gift him money a few times a year, but after doing that a few years in a row, I realized I wasn't giving him a source of income that he could duplicate on his own -- I was just helping him and his family financially survive. It's the story of giving a fisherman fish to feed his family, or give the fisherman a fishing pole and TEACH him how to fish. For my friend Antonio, gifting him those horses gave him a way to make a living for himself, his wife and their three children. It's truly a blessing to see after 12 years the horses are still strong, healthy and he has a great horseback riding business now from my gift to him.

I don't claim to know everything about staying "happily married for a lifetime" -- but what I do know is what NOT to do. Sometimes it takes us to be removed from a relationship as I have been in order to see the mistakes that were done which caused the demise of the marriage. You can see more clearly what could have been done in order to save it.

I've been encouraging Shannon and David to listen to each other's needs and to keep the communication lines open in order to strengthen their marriage. I know they both love each other a lot and want to make their marriage work, which is what’s needed in order to make it last a lifetime. Sometimes it just takes a little bit of truth serum and honesty (which is what David did on the episode), to be sure the other one hears what you're really feeling.

I completely understand how Eddie feels about not wanting a baby. I mean, marrying a woman with four children is enough stress to get used to and then add on starting a fitness studio all while being married for only a year. I give him a lot of credit as it seems like he handles it really well despite all the changes that have occurred in his life in the past few years.

I am glad that Tamra came to my office to tell me the truth about what happened with sharing the information about David's email to Shannon. I was afraid she wasn't going to "own it," and am glad she did. I understand where she was coming from after hearing that she really didn't have any ill intent towards Shannon when telling Heather about it. In any event, I think she learned her lesson on this.

Lastly, I'm in Oklahoma right now counting down the days for my second grandson to be born. I flew my mother out here from Chicago to experience the birth of Briana's new baby boy. He is expected to arrive in this world on Wednesday by C-section assuming she doesn't go into labor prior to that. Let's just say Briana is counting down the hours as she is READY to get this baby out of her. I'll keep everyone posted on the name and weight once he's born. Thank you all for keeping Briana is your prayers for a healthy delivery."

Apollo Nida Sentenced To Eight Years In Prison For Fraud!

Apollo Nida, husband of Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks is headed to prison for eight years on fraud charges. Nida, who appears on the Bravo reality TV show with Parks was arrested in January and pleaded guilty in May to charges in a fraud scheme that federal prosecutors say stole millions of dollars from at least 50 people over four years.

A hearing on July 17 will determine how much restitution Nida must pay to his victims. This 'Housewives' fight leads to arrest Nida, 35, must serve five years under parole supervision after he completes his eight years in a federal prison, U.S. District Court Judge Charles A. Pannell, Jr. ordered during sentencing Tuesday.

It will be the second prison stint for Nida, who previously served five years in a federal prison for auto title fraud before marrying Parks in 2009.

Nida created two fake collection companies to gather personal information used to steal victims' identities, U.S. Attorney Sally Quillian Yates said after his sentencing in Atlanta. He used the information to get fraudulent auto loans in the names of his victims, according to the criminal complaint.

He was busted after a year-long investigation by the U.S. Secret Service.

"Today's sentencing exemplifies impartial justice regardless of economic class or perceived celebrity status," U.S. Secret Service Special Agent Reginald Moore said.  "Nida's sentence should be an eye-opener for other like-minded criminals who scheme to steal victims' identities, defraud them and ignore the consequences of their actions."

The break in the case came in September, when federal investigators arrested Gayla St. Julein, a woman who "described herself as Nida's 'right hand b****' in executing the legwork of his fraud schemes," the complaint said.

St. Julien, who previously served prison time for identity theft, told agents that Nida "only paid her 'scraps'" for her work, compared to the amount of money he made from the fraud schemes," the filing said.
She turned on him and agreed to let agents record their phone calls, it said.

Nida "knowingly and willfully (did) execute and attempt to execute a scheme to defraud federally insured financial institutions by depositing stolen and fraudulently obtained checks and fraudulently obtained auto loan proceeds into bank accounts opened in the stolen identities of real persons, and conspire with others to do so, and knowingly convert to his use and the use of others stolen and fraudulently obtained United States Treasury Checks," Special Agent Alexandre Herrera said in a sworn affidavit.

Nida's fake companies fraudulently signed up with "LexisNexis, Equifax, and Mircrobilt databases" to steal personal information on people.

Along with the fraudulent auto loan checks, Nida stole U.S. Treasury checks, "retirement checks issued to Delta Airlines employees, and checks in the names of real people that were owed unclaimed property from various state and federal government agencies," the complaint said.

Agents recorded phone calls St. Julien made to Nida during which he discussed details of pending fraudulent auto loans and "details of future auto loan checks that he was expecting to receive any day now from in the mail," the affidavit said.

Kristen Taekman Says Being On The Real Housewives Of New York City Has Helped Her Marriage!

Kristen Taekman is taking to her Bravo Blog to dish on this week's episode of The Real Housewives of New York City. Kristen discusses the breakthroughs in her marriage with Josh and what plastic surgery she's OK with. Kristen writes:

"Dinner with Heather and Jonathan. I am so happy that Heather and I were able to hash it out and that she accepted my apology. Looking back at this fight was very hard. It sucks arguing with a good friend, but I feel that we have come full circle -- and it was great that our husbands could be in on it.

I feel like I am airing a bunch of dirty laundry at this dinner with the Josh as I talk about moving back to NY from LA, etc., but, well, it came up and it's on my mind. I wanted Heather to understand that I am very supportive, but it just reaches a point where you want to feel that same support on the other end. Work is work.

Dr. Giese's Office: Light, tight, and right. I agree Miss Morgan 100 percent: who would have thought that I would be friendly with Ramona at this point? Right? Wow. Boobs and Botox -- that's the extent of it for me!

Making dinner for Josh: We decided on a date night. I said I would cook, and I did. Josh got stuck at work and didn't call. He had a really bad conference call -- I get it. I just want a head's up. When I make the effort, I want my husband to do the same. Did you notice how when I hung up on Josh I snapped at our kid? Ugh not cool.

Anybody want to come over for dinner? Doesn't it look like it would be yummy? Ha! But at least I made the effort, and for Josh to see that it was like therapy for him. He really opened his eyes to how important it is to communicate, to be respectful of my efforts, and to find a better way to handle all the stress from work.

Marriage is hard work. It has its ups and downs. I think it's really hard when your children are young -- lots of stress and pressure. This show was one of the best things that happened to us. Getting a bird's eye view on our marriage is just what we needed. Turns out watching our arguments has been the best therapy for us. At the end of the day, Josh and I love and support each other, and I couldn't have done any of this with out him. He also realizes how he needs to separate work from family and how important it is for he and I to connect. It's been great for both of us.

Birdland: It was very sweet and romantic that Mario sang for Ramona. Birdland is iconic What Ramona was saying about Lu and her singing was very rude (big surprise)! Not nice at all.

But Heather, OMG! Damn, of course Heather can sing and bring the house down. Holla Momma!"

LuAnn de Lesseps: "I Sing When I Feel Like Singing, Not When Someone Demands I Sing!"

Countess LuAnn de Lesseps is taking to her Bravo Blog to dish on this week's episode of The Real Housewives of New York City. LuAnn explains why she wouldn't sing, her assessment of Mario's performance, and what she thinks of Sonja and Harry. LuAnn writes:

"We are back in NYC and the drama continues. Now it seems to be with the men on the show. Kristen has been talking about Heather and her relationship with Jon, but I think Kristen is the one with the real issues when it comes down to it. I think all of us have issues with our men at the moment. . .

When you are having problems with your man I don't think there is anything wrong with seeking some help. I'm happy that Kristen and Josh are working on their relationship because I think they make a great couple. Mediators can be very helpful when it comes to working out your issues. Why not?

I think Sonja's relationship with Harry is a long one. They are more friends than anything, as I see Harry stepping out with other women all the time. He's even been dating a friend of mine recently, so I don't think their relationship is serious in the least. I know Sonja would like things to be different but that's not the reality of the situation. Harry is not the kind to settle down. He's a player! Its a good thing Sonja has other men like 23-year-old Ben to keep her busy!

Things between Jacques and myself have been getting tense lately. We have been bickering a lot more recently. We are working on improving that, and I hope that it will. Jacques and I both love each other very much, but I'm wondering if we can go the distance? We are just at different places in our lives for the moment, so it's hard! I expected the photo shoot to go a lot more smoothly, but that wasn't the case. We are both learning that we need to do some work to make the relationship last. The photos did turn out great, and I am grateful to Christophe von Hohenberg, the photographer, for being the easy going friend that he is and making it work regardless of how we felt about each other that day. The dogs were happy! Check out his work at ChristopheVonHohenberg.com. He's taken many pictures in '70s and '80s of celebrities and rock stars around NYC and has a new book out!

The truth is I really wasn't up to singing that night because I had a fight with Jacques that day and thats why he wasn't there. I just wasn't in the mood and Ramona pushing me only made it worse. I sing when I feel like singing, not when someone demands I sing. Ramona was just awful to me, and I felt like crying not singing. Ramona would of thrown me under the bus whether I sang or not. That's just how Ramona is with me -- horrible -- and I don't care what she thinks of me!

I thought Heather was amazing and I love her for getting up there and belting out her tune. I'm proud of her, and that's what friends are for. I actually got up and sang "Hey Big Spender" later that night after Heather. She inspired me to get up there, and it actually felt great to sing. Sorry you missed it!

I thought Mario singing to Ramona was very sweet! I really wanted to give him the limelight that night, as I knew he'd been practicing and wanted it to be his night. No thanks from Ramona for that one, of course. I actually sang one night with Mario out at a restaurant in the past, and I know he loves the Sinatra stuff. It's great that he likes to sing. Maybe he can go on the road with Sonja soon?

Billy Stritch the accompanist and I have sung together in the past at Jim Caruso's cast party at Town Hall on Broadway to benefit Broadway cares equity fights AIDS. I sang Natalie Cole's "Love," which I've done on our show in the past! I actually sang after Chita Rivera and before Liza Minnelli. It was truly a great evening! He really is the best piano player around and has worked with many, many Broadway stars -- so I was so happy to see Heather living it up with him on stage and holding her own. Holla!!!! Bravo Heather!"
